Hotel Crowne Plaza di Chengdu

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. In summary, Crowne Plaza Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

王者榮耀超級粉，來成都打卡AG電競中心，所以選擇了距離只有1公里左右的武侯渝江皇冠假日酒店。嗯，方便！騎個自行車幾分鐘就到電競中心了。房間很大，床也軟硬適中很舒服，我就喜歡這種寬敞明亮的酒店。2分鐘就到地鐵站，坐到春熙路，寬窄巷子就20多分鐘的路程。性價比高。AG電競旁邊完美的五星酒店，強推！

【成都温江皇冠假日酒店.套房】 縱情獨樂 🛏 【️成都温江皇冠假日酒店】 📌 酒店概覽 Overview ❶. 綜合評價：和寧波凱洲皇冠與智選類似，温江CP與HIX也是同一組建築綜合體內的雙子星酒店，尤其是“温泉智選”這一小眾品類，中國目前就只有騰沖和温江兩家，很有特色。當然，你如果想享受到真真正正的全服務，還是建議您住左邊的皇冠假日； ❷. 屬地簡況：成都酒店行業的兩極分化是比較嚴重的，旱的旱死，澇的澇死，比如崇州、蒲江、成華、新津、青白江、大邑、金堂、邛崍這八地，目前暫無一家IHG旗下酒店分佈，而温江並非遠郊區，作為近郊地鐵的輻射區，這裏其實是超級宜居的，也難怪有口碑如此之好的兩家雙子星酒店。 🏨 有關客房 In Room ❶. 客房格局：這次我入住的是61平開放式套房，除了這一款以外，酒店還有77平的豪華套。因為主打温泉湯池，所以套房的浴缸是下嵌式觀景超大泡池，特別適合孩子們嬉戲，雖然沒有怡亨的泳池房大，但在西南地區已經算很有特色了；咖啡膠囊來自百勝旗下的意大利“拉瓦薩”； ❷. 歡迎禮物：歡迎果盤和旁邊的智選如出一轍，擺盤方式、種類都是一批貨的孿生兄弟，有些潦草了，還是應該有差異話的，否則品牌與品牌之間的區隔和界限也就模糊了。 ☕️ 餐飲點滴 Dining ❶. 美食掠影：早餐廳有專門的鑽石會員專區，在一個半透明、半開放的玻璃房子裏，稍微有點兒悶，但很好地保證了私密性。北海皇冠假日會專門闢出一方超大的獨立天地作為IHG優悦會高級別會員專區，建議效仿一下；早餐的西點外形令人驚艷，在四川省的酒店中非常罕見；歡樂時光在3樓的行政酒廊享用，截止到晚上八點，也是一樣，西點和特色中式蒸點是最大特色，真正做到了色香味俱全；大堂吧的冰淇淋火鍋與萌寶奇緣下午茶也是特色之一； ❷. 城市饕餮：從地鐵站打車到酒店，也就一個起步價；如果時間充裕，完全建議步行，不僅會經過令人心曠神怡、眼前一亮、綠樹葱葱的公園和生機勃發的江河，還能一路上邂逅無數的小吃攤兒、水果攤兒，人間煙火氣十足，好喜歡這種調調。 🏊 硬件設施 Facilities ❶. 酒店環境：皇冠和智選的中間連廊便是泡湯的入口了，需要單獨收費，有户外區，比蘇州華邑的超大網紅温泉略遜一籌，但在成都市來講，絕對是翹楚了； ❷. 康樂健身：泳池每週都會定期打掃清潔。我入住期間就正好趕上，但我一點兒都不覺得失落，反倒為這家酒店擊掌喝彩，因為在消費降級、經濟低迷的今天，絕大多數酒店的泳池都是能拖就拖，靠漂白劑、熒光劑、除臭劑等等化學葯品“苟延殘喘”，像温江CP這種短時間就定期徹底清理的責任型酒店，實在是鳳毛麟角了，贊一個！另外，健身房跑步機比正常的機子配速都略快，大家要注意安全。 🌟 難忘瞬間 the Moments ❶. 明星員工：賓客關係主管小劉（Cici）一看就入行不久，言談舉止透着一股青澀勁兒，但對人對事都是全情投入，熱情與盡心方面是無懈可擊的，未來可期； ❷. 入住次數：這家酒店住過8次，這次是第9次入住。 📍 簡要總結 Conclusion ❶. 精彩時刻：瀋陽的幾家皇冠接連關張，而南方新的CP如雨後春筍般幾乎月月都能上新，這便是南北方服務文化差異的最好體現。總的來説，成都酒店的服務水準在全國都是數一數二的； ❷. 遺憾不足：老實説，真的沒有必要通過電話或短訊索要好評，正所謂“身正不怕影子斜”，衹要自己做得足夠優秀，那麼絕大多數住客都會主動給打高分的，畢竟，********還是極少數。倘若別人真的給了差評，那就説明自己的服務的確有漏洞，慢慢補救就好了，大可不必興師動眾。

Hotel yang menakjubkan! Semuanya mengikut gambar, kakitangan yang cantik dan mesra, sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu. Sarapan pagi adalah menakjubkan, pelbagai pilihan dan berpatutan pada 65rmb. Hantar ulang-alik dan ambil ke pangkalan panda Kolam renang di dalam dan di luar rumah. Saya pasti akan menempah lagi Memberi anak perempuan saya kek untuk hari lahirnya yang sangat hebat

送小朋友上學，學校附近搜五個星星的酒店，選到了皇冠假日，原本預訂五天，期間去峨眉山一天，退一天，八號最後一天又回到皇冠假日，7號酒店確認入住要求和時間，checkin時升級了面朝花園帶陽台的房間，酒店是洲際旗下品牌酒店，有優悦會會員號碼給了大堂飲品券，與時俱進的機器小人給我們送了好多次外賣生活用品、美食、飲料😆下次再來😉

In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.
