Hotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

What a wonderful place! Tucked away in the back makes it quiet and serene, while still being at the center of the traditional Wenshu Monastary area. Perfect for all sorts of travelers, i was a solo female and stayed in the dorms with other friendly guests. Lovely inner courtyard with a cafe for relaxing and drinking tea. The staff are all so friendly and ready to give you all the tips on what to do in Chengdu. They speak perfect English as well! There are a lot of regular visitors, since people keep wanting to come back. The rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made, with fresh towels provided. Everyday felt like I had just checked in, brand new. Breakfast has a range of western (toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal) or chinese (rice, wontons, fried pancakes..) and fresh fruit that changes from day to day. All ranges of coffee and tea as well. It filled me up well to start my day walking around the city! Definitely recommend to anyone, and I will be staying here next time I visit! Thank you :)

Totally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

Even better on my second stay This was my second time staying here, and the experience was even better than before. I got a higher floor this time (25th), and the view was noticeably more open and impressive—definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel continues to deliver with its modern design, clean and well-maintained rooms, and a comfortable overall atmosphere. Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. Location remains a strong point—very convenient for getting around, with easy access to shopping and dining areas nearby. Overall, a reliable and stylish choice in Chengdu. I’d gladly come back again.

Lokasinya agak bagus. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah Tonghuimen terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dan Kuanzhai juga berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Jenis bilik dalam promosi Ctrip sebelum ini agak besar, dan ia agak sunyi menghadap kejiranan lama. Perkhidmatan hotel tidak profesional, tetapi sikap perkhidmatan masih bersemangat. Terdapat episod kecil di mana saya ingin melanjutkan penginapan selama dua malam kerana perubahan dalam jadual perjalanan saya, tetapi saya diberitahu bahawa kupon Ctrip tidak boleh ditebus tetapi hotel masih mempunyai bilik yang ditempah. Kemudian saya diberikan dua harga yang tinggi, yang kelihatan seperti saya menaikkan harga di luar tangan. Sebenarnya, perkara biasa dan boleh difahami bahawa mereka mengatakan pada saat-saat akhir bahawa platform sambungan tidak boleh ditebus, tetapi siapa yang akan melanjutkan penginapan mereka pada harga hampir dua kali ganda, bukan? Apatah lagi dengan harga ini saya boleh menginap di hotel mewah tertentu. Ia bukan musim puncak dan terdapat bilik yang disediakan. Dalam situasi istimewa ini, saya tidak merasakan keikhlasan dan kemanusiaan hotel. Jika ia adalah hotel 4 bintang Ctrip, harga bilik kalendar ini akan terlalu tinggi dan tidak benar-benar sepadan. Hotel ini sederhana dan sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga terutamanya kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Ia biasanya menempatkan seisi keluarga. Minum petang yang disediakan agak lazat, tetapi sarapan paginya hanya begitu-begitu sahaja, ala-ala Cina. Kerana ia baru diubahsuai, terdapat bau yang kuat apabila kami memasuki bilik pada waktu malam. Pada pagi ketiga penginapan kami, kami mendapati banyak serangga terbang kecil di dalam tandas. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia adalah masalah dengan paip pembetung. Kami tidak membawa apa-apa makanan ke dalam bilik, dan kulit saya alah.

Overall very good experience.Nice for big family with kids and elderlies.Relaxing pace and lovely ambience.Specially highlighting staff named Taylor and 小陈 who are attentive and professional. Love how genuine are them when communicating with the guest.

Stayed one night at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu and left genuinely impressed. The hotel strikes a nice balance between modern design and warmth and the room was well-appointed, clean. What stood out most was the staff. Yuki in particular was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered thoughtful local recommendations, and did so with genuine warmth rather than rehearsed hospitality. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to the experience. There is also a schnauzer called Lucky, and is a residnet dog at the hotel. Super cute! Breakfast was great, lots of Chengdu delicacy as options and great western choices too. This is definitely my top choice for a Chengdu stay!

Walking distance ke Tianfu Square, Mall & subway station. Paling penting dekat dengan masjid yang di kelilingi kedai-kedai makan halal. Mi tarik wow terbaik. Roti daging mantap pak abu. Semua murah. Very warmth hospitality, arrived early morning at TFU, and found this place to rest in early morning. The auntie super kind and nice. Such a lovely aunt. Thank you for accepting my early morning arrivals. And the place is so nice. Convenient, near subways, clean and quite. Very recommended ^^ They provide you a comfortable slipper to use at the place.

We chose this hotel in Chengdu based on three priorities: 1. a good buffet breakfast 2. laundry facilities 3. Good value Service (Standout) The front desk team was exceptional. A special thanks to the petite lady manager and her colleagues, who were incredibly patient and helpful in assisting us with our delayed airline baggage. Traveling with foreign passports often adds extra steps and complications, but they went above and beyond—helping us coordinate logistics, book tickets online, and recommend places to visit. Their service and attitude genuinely rival those of front desk staff at luxury five-star hotels. Room & Laundry The room is set up like a mini efficiency, with a small countertop, a mini fridge and a kettle. A very practical feature is the sink located outside the bathroom—great for families, as one person can get ready while another is using the bathroom. Even better, there’s a personal washing machine in the room, which is rare at this price point. Laundry detergent packets are available for free at the front desk. The only downside is that you’ll need to bring wet laundry to a shared dryer on the ground floor. As is common in China, the dryers are not well-vented and can shrink clothes. We found it best to partially dry cotton items and then hang them up in the room. Thankfully, the room is equipped with drying poles and hangers, which makes this easy. Housekeeping The housekeeping aunties were warm, professional, and kept the rooms very clean. We requested a very late checkout (almost 4pm), which delayed their ability to service the room, but they handled it without any complaint or poor attitude. This level of professionalism is impressive, especially for a 2–3 star property. Breakfast The breakfast spread was generous and tasty. Typical offerings included stir-fried noodles or rice, buns, sweet potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, porridge, and a rotating Chinese dessert soup (like green bean soup). The highlight was the made-to-order noodle soup with a fried egg. However, our stay coincided with the Qingming Festival, and the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast ends at 9:30am, but by 9:00am, most trays were already nearly empty and not replenished. We were left with very limited options. Even basic items like milk were not refilled—my son had soy milk instead, which unfortunately contained nut flavoring and triggered a serious allergic reaction. This was a major issue. During peak periods, the hotel should better anticipate demand and ensure food is replenished until closing time. Facilities & Extras Like many properties in China, the elevators felt dated and often had lingering smoke. The hotel does provide standard amenities such as bottled water, disposable slippers, and toothbrushes. One thing we really wished for: a microwave—at least in a shared/public area. It would make a big difference for guests staying multiple days or traveling with families. Location & Access The apartment offers free parking and is in a decent location, with shops and restaurants nearby. Like most places in Chengdu, Although not in the main tourist drag, like some of the more popular hotels, a 15–30 minute Didi ride would get you to major tourist areas. If you are comfortable, they also have public bicycles for rent, for those shorter distances. The building is set back from the main road, which is great for reducing noise—even with windows open. However, many Didi drivers are reluctant to enter the parking lot, so pickup and drop-off can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. Bathroom Issue One notable flaw: the shower design. Water inevitably splashes out due to poor sealing of the shower door, leaving the bathroom floor wet and slippery. This makes it inconvenient—and potentially unsafe—to use the toilet or sink afterward. We reported the issue, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay (likely due to the holiday period). Overall This hotel offers excellent value, especially with its in-room washer and outstan
