Nice hotel with good view of the lake. Room is large and comfortable. Ms Freya, the manager at the reception, is very kind and friendly with great service. The room service staff is very responsible and hardworking making sure the towels are changed and room is properly cleaned. Though the services and ambience of the hotel is great, the mattress of the bed can do better; I humbly suggest it is time to change new mattress. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay and look forward to stay in this hotel again.

位置真是沒得説，下樓就是春熙路商圈，好吃的好玩的好逛的就在樓下，房價也是足夠大，設施齊全還可以自己做點飯，不過樓下的美食都吃不全，這次就沒嘗試，我們這次住的是 26 層，電梯邏輯有些問題，有時候要等很久，不過這跟房間沒啥關係了，不管是價格還是品質，這個公寓絕對是我以後來成都的首選住宿

Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity.
Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest.
I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable.
Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest.
I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

We had the family room on the top floor. It was spacious, the bed was huge and super comfortable, the shower was hot and the toiletries smelled amazing! The view was to the mountains and you could hear all the countryside morning sounds when waking up!
The staff are super helpful too! I cannot thank them enough for all the advice and help. Although they do not speak English, we had no problem at all communicating via translator apps.
For foreigners, like us, who do not drive — it is worth mentioning, that the hotel is at the end of the road, right in the mountains. You will need a taxi to go anywhere and taxis are more expensive there, because you either need to use local services or pay extra to didi drivers so they agree to drive you up the mountain serpentines.
There was no massage, as listed here. It was not a problem for us, we absolutely loved the outdoor pool after a long hike.
The restaurant was not working too. But I am aware that you can order food and still have a beautiful meal on one of their terraces.
It is a truly idilic and peaceful place, away from the world.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama這次來出差朋友幫忙訂的酒店，應該是安仁最好的酒店了吧，服務五星級，很周到，特別是前台的Vicky和Chris，入住後還幫忙拿行李到房間，走廊的地毯看起來有點舊了，不過房間裝修整體還是比較新的，晚上回酒店九點多了沒想到還可以遊個泳，這點比較驚喜！早餐有當地的牛肉麪和常規西施早餐，味道中規中矩吧，正常五星級酒店的早餐。有機會的話帶家裡人來安仁玩一趟應該還是會住這家喜來登！

SSarah Welsh1We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay here and it was perfection! The hotel is situated high in the mountains but only 20 minutes away from Panda Valley. The rooms were very clean and are supplied with everything you could need. The views were exceptional and we instantly fell in love with this place! The hotel is well worth the price paid. There are evening meals available but it is also possible to order takeaway from the restaurants in the city to deliver. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the spring water spa bath in the room. The beds were huge and so comfortable, it was blissful!
The customer service was the greatest! The staff were happy to help with every request and were so friendly, they really made the stay memorable. The staff helped with small items such as mosquito spray (although it wasn’t needed), lighters and other items we had forgotten. They also helped us to book our tickets and arrange our trips for the following days to the temple and Panda Valley. They also went out of their way to drive us to these places and made sure we were able to get inside as we don’t read Chinese! As I said, exceptional service!
We very much look forward to staying here again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff at Sanmoun Villas for a wonderful and unforgettable stay 🥰

The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates
The needs-improvement:
- Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com
- Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands
- There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

LLiubovI like this apartment very much. Electronic door lock. Very beautiful view from the 35th floor. The comfortable location is almost in the centre of city, near the metro station Dongdalu, a lot of cafe and shops is around. There were everything you need like an air conditioner, a fridge, a hair dryer, a teapot with 2 glasses in the apartment. It will be very cool if there was a microwave oven, there was a stove and no any dish, but you can ask for it.
In my opinion the cleanliness was a weak spot, there was some amount of dust and the sofa definetely got to change, but actually it didn't bother me too much.
The service was excellent, I sent all my requests in WeChat and the administrator was very helpful.
In general I think, it is amazing place to stay, I hope I will come back here soon!

PPengguna TetamuThe place is so so hard to find…..the name is actually written in front of the building but the hotel itself is hiding behind the big building where the hotel’s billboard is located. Ok…I would suggest the non-local person who first time came to Chengdu to just walk to the small street where there is a security waiting for you there then tried explaining the security guard that you are finding this hotel and it is located in the 6th floor of the building and h to en the guard will let you in. To acquire for the Wi-Fi username, just type in your room number and the password you can ask the reception. The room is clean and big enough that my room is occupied with the small kitchen. The only thing I am not ok with the room is that the bathroom is quite hard to manage, I mean to adjust the water cold and hotness is hard to do. You need a lot of patience to deal with it. All in all, it is recommended for the foreigner to take some rest in here.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
