入住體驗超出預期，工作人員服務貼心又有耐心，諮詢問題都細緻解答，全程態度温和周到。退房離開時還特意贈送了可愛盲盒，小驚喜格外暖心。客房整潔舒適，細節處處用心，整體氛圍温馨治癒，出行住得十分舒心。服務温度拉滿，性價比很高，每天會有不一樣的活動，我們遇到的是做棉花糖和找螃蟹，看螢火蟲。下次再來邛崍還會選擇入住，真心推薦給大家！

We booked a room for four, but there were never enough towels and other toiletry items for four people. Seemed hotel wasn't well managed during low season. Only one small pool of hot spring is open. The rest were close. There wasn't any booking system, so when you saw 2, 4 big guys in the pool, you wouldn't want to get in. Breakfast was fine with Sichuan special dishes. The good thing was that it is right opposite to High Speed Rail station.

Pretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared). For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha) Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

The Luxe-Eastern in Chengdu is in an older part of the CBD. Lots of local eateries around the apartments, making it a noisy and littered area. The apartment entrance is on the 3rd floor, accessible only by an unlit escalator. The 3-bedroom apartment is ok, nothing special. It's broom sweep clean. Some walls are scratched. Furnishings are there, with no thought to user-friendliness. Cookware and washer are available. No dryer so you have to hang dry your clothes. Service is average. They will give you what you ask for, but won't take any initiatives. There was no flushing water the first night of our stay, and the staff didn't give us buckets. They said they don't have buckets. We had to ask for other water containers. The worst thing about the place is that the hallway reeks of dead rats. It smells like a garbage dump every time you open the apartment door. We definitely will not stay here again.

It’s located at the Atrium residence building. The location is great. Firstly, You have to contact with the reception downstairs, they are helpful (but can’t speak English), then they will call the owner and pick you up. So the security is great. The room has amazing view. My room has the view of Taikooli. The room is so spacious and full of convenience. There are just one dislike which is the smoke smell in the room. The owner is so helpful, He will explains everything and give you some suggestions(by translating) I wanna thanks him a lot🙏🏻

Excellent hospitality, I not only felt welcomed but I felt like I was a friend visiting. The room was lovely with nice amenities. I checked it early and a gentleman offered to drive me to the entrance of Qingcheng Mountain with his Tesla, good English, I learned later that he was the owner or maybe the GM. He dropped me and told me to call him to pick me up once finished. I didn't, and walked back the few km to hotel. When I came back they offered me to pre-order my dinner, which I did. It was very nice and as they didn't have beer, the lovely receptionist went to buy some for me with her own money. I felt guilty afterward as her wetchat was invalid for me to reimburse her and I had no cash. I transferred the money to hotel tho. But her gesture was really hospitable. The following morning the breakfast was simple but very nice I recommend anyone going to hike at Qingcheng to stay in this great hotel. 5 stars service

I got here after sleeping in a dorms room. The room was very nice for one person, but if you have lots of luggage it might be packed. The shower had an odd smell bit other than that the cleaningness was fine. The bed was comfortable and I was provided with fresh towels everyday. The breakfast was great!!!!! Loved it. The location is not that great, it's about 10 minutes walk from a metro station and it will take you around 30 minutes to get to Cunxi road. The staff were nice and you can get some free milk at night at the reception. I loved coming back at night to a private room.

The building is easy to find, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay with easy access to local attractions, this is a great choice. I would happily stay here again.

An old but quite acceptable quiet hotel to spend the night before an early departure. It's a small room, but everything you need is there It is difficult to arrange a transfer to the hotel, if you do not speak Chinese, you need to call (but a taxi from the airport is very cheap here), transfer from the hotel - everything is clear and understandable here.

As for a tourist in the new city, it was difficult to find the location. But the room I chose is very tiny, ceiling is not high enough, but I have 1 night, so it worked for me. The owner is very kind man. There are good rooms also, but the shower/toilet are shared and not in the best condition, so make ur choice) For short rest near railway- perfect, for more than 2 days - wouldn't recommend
