Hotel berhampiran Eastern Suburb Memory, Chengdu

設施：很齊全，該有的都有 衞生：剛進去的時候廁所，地板，床鋪什麼的都很乾凈 環境：距離東郊記憶很近 服務：凌晨還有客服，服務非常到位

Fairly new hotel. Comfortable bed and clean generally. Staff are helpful. Metro station is literally at its doorstep, 2 mins walk. Is located near Vanke 天荟，converted from an old industrial area into a very hip and fashionable shopping and F&B area. A blend of old and new buildings. Very vibrant and happening place.

房間很大很舒適，設施用品也很上檔次，值得一提的是酒店服務是我住過最暖心的酒店，從入住前的主動聯繫到離店後的每一個環節，每一位工作人員都是在用心在服務，讓我有一種滿滿的尊寵感。價格不高性價比特高，很難得！加之樓下就是公交站台和地鐵口，對面就是綜合體商城，四周都是不同口味的餐館，東郊記憶旅遊景點一路之隔，吃喝玩樂出行都很方便，贊贊贊！！！以後來成都就住這家了！

The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

Nice clean hotel with decent sized rooms. Great location for restaurants and shopping - mall across the road. Close enough to the panda center too which was why we chose it. Breakfast was ok. No coffee - I expected it but it always comes as a shock 🤣🤣🤣. Hood coffee available across the road.

The room is very clean, cozy, and bright. The mattress is firm and comfortable. The AI assistant (smart room) worked very well. There is an MRT station right below the building, making it very convenient. There are also many eateries around the hotel, including McDonald’s. I will definitely visit again when I am in Chengdu. 房间非常干净、舒适和明亮。床垫坚实而舒适。智能助手（智能房间）运行良好。楼下就有地铁站，非常方便。酒店周围也有许多餐馆，包括麦当劳。我下次来成都一定会再次光顾。

The location is 3 stops away from chengdu east station. However it is very near the metro! Convenient and there is lots of food choices below for dinner! Clean and nice.

The hotel is located in an area full of places to eat. Just go downstairs and sit down at any of the restaurants serving delicious food. The hotel is an apartment hotel located in building block A. There is an A and a B. So, when you get off the taxi on the street, you need to walk inside a little until you see the building A and go up the lifts to level 18. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful, communication was through wechat and they instantly reply to any questions and offer any help you need. The room is clean and comfortable. I had a view that looked across the road. The windows give excellent sound proofing, so very quiet in the room. The air conditioner is also very effective and quiet. There is a washing machine＞ Excellent idea. I used it every day. And I was happy to keep all my clothes clean. The room rate for the location near the metro station, the restaurants, a bar across the road and the nice room and service is very good value for money. I recommend these rooms and I will stay here again.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

Saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Ia lebih bernilai daripada harganya. Jika anda tiba di Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu dan mengambil susur keluar di seberang hotel, sila pastikan anda bergerak dari ruang bawah tanah stesen ke bahagian hotel. Ia tidak boleh diakses dari tanah. Terdapat beberapa jenis Rayfont, jadi lebih baik mencari hotel dalam kanji daripada bahasa Inggeris. Seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ulasan orang lain, saya pergi ke meja depan hotel yang berbeza pada mulanya lol. Saya membayangkan bilik itu agak kecil, tetapi terdapat ruang yang cukup di atas lantai untuk membentangkan beg pakaian yang besar, jadi saya fikir bilik ini akan baik jika anda mengembara sendirian. Satu-satunya kemudahan ialah berus gigi dan sikat. Ia adalah gabungan 3-dalam-1 sabun badan, syampu dan perapi, jadi saya fikir ia akan membuat rambut saya mencicit, tetapi tidak ada masalah sama sekali. Saya rasa lelaki tidak perlu membawa sendiri. Terdapat juga pengering rambut. Jumlah air panas agak besar. Tiada peti sejuk atau peti keselamatan. Bilik saya berada di tingkat 28, tetapi stesen itu betul-betul di sebelahnya, jadi saya boleh mendengar pengumuman platform dari pagi hingga lewat malam. Kebanyakan hotel di sekitar sini mungkin sama. Anda boleh menikmati bufet sarapan Cina dengan hanya 18 yuan. Ia tidak terlalu lazat, tetapi pada harga ini, tidak ada salahnya menggunakannya. Anda boleh menaiki satu bas dari lapangan terbang ke Stesen Timur Chengdu, jadi hotel ini disyorkan untuk mereka yang tidak perlu berada di tengah-tengah Bandar Chengdu.
