Penginapan Echarm di Chengdu

I was booked into this hotel for 4 nights, however upon checking in, I decided it wasn’t for me. The staff are friendly, however the hotel itself isn’t quite what it shows on the website. The room I booked said city view, which turned out to just be a back parking lot which you couldn’t really see through a really dirty window. The room itself was clean. There was however a very pungent sulphur like smell in the hallways on the way to the elevators. I did have breakfast in the morning before I cut my stay short. The food was good. It is in a very convenient location, but I decided to check into somewhere else after staying just the 1 night.

The hotel’s location is relatively inconvenient. While it is close to the wholesale market and Wanda Plaza, it is quite a distance from most major attractions. Although taxis are easy to get, travel time to key spots typically takes at least 15 minutes or more. Breakfast is average. Room is spacious with good AC, water pressure, and lighting, but cleanliness is an issue. Visible stains and even traces of blood on the bedsheets—definitely not suitable for those sensitive to hygiene. Lobby staff are friendly, but the coffee machine is unreliable and often out of water.

Check-in was straight forward. In a convenient location near the new century global center and SKP. Single elevator and complementary access to laundry machines were available. Room was reasonably clean, though shower cleanliness could be slightly improved.

It is near to the airport and there are convenience shops nearby. Unfortunately our experience was terribly affected by the reception girl at the front desk. Her attitude was terrible and ignored all our requests, including the request for shuttle service from the airport. I hope the management will look into this.

第一次住這家酒店，體驗非常的好，剛進酒店前台妹妹就熱情的打招呼，辦理入住也是十分的迅速，房型還給我做了升級，房間衞生打掃的非常乾淨，床品也很舒適，高樓層再加上雙層隔音玻璃一點都不吵。早餐也很豐富，十多二十種菜品都是新鮮現炒的，還有特色麪條成都擔擔麪很地道。酒店有自助洗衣房，還提供洗衣送回服務，送回來的衣服疊的整整齊齊特別好！附近還有很多美食，總之各方面都很好，下次來成都還會來住！！！！！

房間是比較傳統風格的專修，看的出來比較久了，設備那些保護的還挺好的，入住時間舒適性很高，前台還給贈送了洗衣服務和水果，衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨的

酒店位置方便出行，離地鐵站6號線、7號線很近，方便去各個景點。在小區旁邊也不臨街，環境很安靜，前台小趙、小郭服務到位，美中不足是總有一些素質較低的人在電梯抽煙，希望酒店能採取措施管控一下，下次來成都還會選擇這家店
