Hotel Chengdu dengan Gim

Very good hotel in location which is very close to IFS building. It is behind the COSMOS building which might be a bit tricky to find. But if visitor use Amap, it will be quite ok to walk to hotel. This help to catch the airport bus at early morning in walking distance. Variety of food has been provided. Room is quite spacious. Location is close to shopping area and very close to the subway which allow me to go everywhere easily.

I had an outstanding experience at Dorsett. I arrived in Chengdu super early in the morning from overseas. While checking in, I asked if it was possible to let me check in a little earlier than normal and the reception staff (English name ”Sunshine”) was graciously accommodating. However, while waiting in the lobby until my promised check-in time arrived, the front desk manager (English name ”Cinderella”) arrived at around 8:00 to start her shift. She saw me sitting in the lobby looking tired and immediately checked with her coworkers on my situation. Then she approached me, said that she found out about my situation from her staff and immediately checked me in, much before the official time. In addition, she upgraded me to a better room. It was quite a pleasant surprise. After a long international flight, I was able to relax in a very comfortable bed. I hope that employees like Cinderella are proactively appreciated by the management for their hard work and excellent service attitude and given more senior positions. She certainly deserves it. And I wish this level of service becomes a common occurrence everywhere. P.S: After I left the room to meet a friend, I came back to find fruits, plates and complementary Evian water laid out on the table for me Another pleasant surprise. The room heating may need an upgrade. Hope that is made stronger in the future. Definitely staying here again next time!

Saya pada asalnya menempah hotel bertaraf tinggi di pusat bandar, tetapi kemudian saya merasakan bahawa Chengdu terlalu sejuk dan saya benar-benar tidak mahu berpindah, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan Taihe, jadi saya tinggal untuk satu malam lagi. Saya menemui Chengdu yang paling sejuk, dan masih terdapat kepingan salji yang bertaburan, dan rakan-rakan saya di Chengdu sangat teruja.

是一家裝修很豪華的酒店，雖然很多年了，但是從裝修，員工的服務態度，服務流程上能看出很正規，本來是定了一晚後面覺得坐地鐵去春熙路，寬窄巷子，成都東站，打車去錦裏，武侯祠都非常的方便。又續了兩個晚上。

What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping staff, was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always with a smile. Special thanks to all the front desk staff and 笨小洋who made my stay even more special by my request and help to order meituan. In summary, Benrat Hotel combines a beautiful setting with outstanding hospitality, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to fellow travelers.

在攜程上用了兩個小時找來找去，附近的酒店打開看評論，好的壞的評論都看過，最後決定入住這家酒店，雖然裝修的年頭有點久，但是一進大廳卻給了我很大一個驚喜，發現了寶藏酒店！環境大氣有檔次，設施很新，沒有陳舊感，房間很大，收拾的很乾凈。再説用餐環境很好，餐具乾淨衞生，餐廳服務員態度特別好，特別好！點了鱸魚鍋，小炒牛肉，回鍋肉等，口味不錯，下飯菜都吃光了，團購價格相當優惠，非常滿意。前台服務員態度也非常好，還給升級了房間。我經常出來玩要住酒店，從來不給評論的，這是唯一一次自己主動抽出時間寫評論！真心希望所有酒店都能像這個酒店做的這麼好，服務熱情周到，讓每一位客人都感受到賓至如歸的温馨氛圍。

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel has simple basic amenities that meet the needs of travelers. Especially thankful for the washer and dryer available. However, the hotel should increase manpower to deter hotel guests from messing with the laundry for their own convenience! Someone took out our laundry from the dryer to place theirs in without a care that our laundry was left wet in a basket!

Wonderful experience while staying with my family for two nights in Jinjiang hotel. Service is good and friendly for foreigners. Limitations are food choices for vegetarian people.

Our stay at Mercure was nothing but good! great service by the staffs with lots of perks like a free Haagen-daz per day or high tea which comes with (coffee + desserts)!✨ there is a table with 3 types of drinks that is there for us to drink anytime of the day! best part was there is a free laundry room with everything prepared (detergent,netting, laundry bag and even bottles of water while u wait)! There is also a mini gym beside it👌🏼 I'm pretty sure the location can't get any better than this 💯❤️🔥 and as we left on Christmas Eve, they gave all of us a Christmas gift (平安果） after we checked out which was really nice 💗 there's also many food trucks right opposite the hotel which was really yummy! My whole family loved it ❤️🔥 We all had an amazing time there!
