Everything was so perfect. The place, the service, the staff. They made me feel like I could always count on them. The place is a little gem, totally immersed in the nature. Food is excellent, the breakfast was delicious (those noodles!! WOW!!!) and we also had the chance to try the food for lunch, and the beef with peppers was so good, the chicken with peanuts incredible. We couldn’t eat the chicken with peppers, but it was our mistake. This plate is very particular and for European people is not the easiest to eat (SOOOO spicy and also the chicken with a lot of bone), but please rest assured that all the other things we had (including vegetables and rice) were PERFECT! We also loved: (I) our massage. The girls are real expert and after having some pain for some months today it disappeared this morning, I couldn’t believe it. I kindly ask the hotel to let her know, because this is UNBELIEVABL! (II) the red voucher for the tea is great and the almond they gave you… they are insane, they were the BEST almond I have ever had (and I’m from Italy, where we have very good almonds). My only wish is to come back SOON 🙏🏻💚 I really want to go back to this place!!

in one word AMAZING! location is convenient for both hiking and chilling next to the river, since it's located in Tai'an Ancient Town, so you're already within Rear Qingchengshan side, where the hiking base/lower station of cablecar is within 5 minutes of walking. Breakfast is really good, with a lot of options for lunch/dinner at the hotel or in nearby restaurants. Staff might be the biggest benefit - with the fact I'm not Chinese, they created wechat group where all of them would be able to reply my questions and help me with different things. Room is spacious, clean and it looks identical to the photos on the listing. Maximum recommendation if you're looking for accommodation in this area!

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). It's located right next to the train station very convenient and next to the sightseeing bus ticket The room was spacious and very good .. quiet and cozy .. The hot spring is the public and outdoor .. very good vibe .. you need to bring your own swimsuit or buy at the convenience store near by There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well and they are good When you are so tired from hiking ... Soaking in the hotspring is so good and next day you can dress up in Chinese traditional dress before leaving to chendu for good I really like it and wish to come back next time

Beautiful place, as depicted in the photos. Service and food were great. Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and strong, toiletries were of superb quality. We went with our elderly parents and they loved being in nature and having such fresh air everyday. It feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Note that there is no nearby shop as the hotel is halfway up the hill and the hotel restaurant is not open throughout the day. This was not an issue for us as we were able to order food delivery with the guidance of the hotel staff. Also, this is much nearer to 街子古镇 and is quite a distance to the main 青城山 area. We loved 街子古镇 though as it is much less touristy than the main 青城山 area and spent an entire day exploring the town. What could be improved: - During our first day there were issues with wifi and the room heater. Although the staff responded to our requests for help immediately, it took a few hours to fix the wifi, while the heater was only fixed the next day. Service was very pleasant though and I appreciate their sincere updates as I understand some things are beyond control. I do wish they could have checked the heater beforehand. - There was no tour of the grounds when we arrived, nor an introduction to the free activities available as part of our stay, so we had to explore the place ourselves and ask for activities such as: calligraphy, horse riding, free car ride to the Qingchengshan train station. All in all, despite a few hiccups, it was a very comfortable and restful stay. Thank you to the team for taking good care of us!

Here’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Excellent hospitality, I not only felt welcomed but I felt like I was a friend visiting. The room was lovely with nice amenities. I checked it early and a gentleman offered to drive me to the entrance of Qingcheng Mountain with his Tesla, good English, I learned later that he was the owner or maybe the GM. He dropped me and told me to call him to pick me up once finished. I didn't, and walked back the few km to hotel. When I came back they offered me to pre-order my dinner, which I did. It was very nice and as they didn't have beer, the lovely receptionist went to buy some for me with her own money. I felt guilty afterward as her wetchat was invalid for me to reimburse her and I had no cash. I transferred the money to hotel tho. But her gesture was really hospitable. The following morning the breakfast was simple but very nice I recommend anyone going to hike at Qingcheng to stay in this great hotel. 5 stars service

Inilah maksud pelancongan! Hutan gunung musim sejuk yang berwarna-warni dan menarik, matahari terbenam yang tidak dapat dilupakan di atas pokok yang bersendirian, pondok Hobbit yang berwarna-warni, iglo yang tulen dan mempesonakan di langit, jalan papan hutan yang panjang... semua ini membuatkan mood bekerja hilang. Bawa anak anjing yang gembira, tinggalkan dunia di belakang bandar, dan pergi ke Snow Country Fairy Tale di Qingcheng Mountain!

This is an amazingly beautiful resort with a wonderful tea appreciation experience from tea picking, cooking and cultural class. The service is excellent and the food served there was delicious too. Highly recommended and great value. Thank you for the hospitality!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Central International Hotel in Dujiangyan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in China. First, the location and views are simply mesmerizing. My room overlooked the river and the surrounding mountains, and waking up to that scenery every morning felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The flowing river below and the misty peaks in the distance created a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the view from the window was nothing short of spectacular – highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and photography. Cleanliness – absolutely flawless: The entire hotel, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms, was spotless. Everything smelled fresh and looked well-maintained. I'm quite particular about hygiene, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom was gleaming, and every surface was dust-free. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. 👉 A very special thank you to the Housekeeping Supervisor, who ensured my room was always in perfect condition. Her attention to detail and warm professionalism did not go unnoticed – she truly made me feel cared for during my entire stay. 👉 The front desk team – absolute stars! I would especially like to thank Ms. Kiki and Ms. Vivian at the reception. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to answer all my questions, recommend local attractions, and even helped me with transportation arrangements. Their English was excellent, and their genuine smiles made every interaction a pleasure. They are a real asset to this hotel.
