Location is wonderful! However being spoiled by the control panel of the lighting and curtains, as well as the slippery and slimy shower floor!! All the lights in the room keep switching on and off, with the dash board next to the bed keep making the clicking sounds continuously, until the technician disconnected the electricity supply, and at the same time I was not able to charge my mobile, what a solution!! The bulter refused to change the room with such poor equipped so called Deluxe Room. The next day the dash board changed, but the curtains were not able to open; and on the other hand, the clicking sounds from the dash board began when I started to charge my mobile, with the lights going on and off again! It sounded to me nothing was fixed!!
The buffet breakfast was quite good, serving a variety of food, however, a minority of chefs and attendants required more customer service training. For example, I was afraid that I took other guest’s omelette, so I asked what’s inside, the answer was “if you placed order from the other chef, then this is yours”, it really sounds ludicrous! On my way back to my table, I met an attendant with a cup of coffee just walked straight forward to me, I was so shocked and need to take few steps backward to avoid colliing with her. What a pity, they ruined the hard work of a majority of staff with excellent customer service.
