The front desk staff kelly is too warm! This trip with my mother, When checking in, she also carefully recommend attractions suitable for the elderly and help plan the route. Always smile on the face, patiently answer all kinds of questions. Because of she,this trip got off to a great start, and the favorability went straight to the top!

This hotel is a gem! Its downtown location is perfect. Being in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to everything. I was here to see pandas, and getting to the panda base via subway was a breeze. The front desk staff Kelly are the real stars. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Their service made my panda watching trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The moment I arrived, the friendly staff Kelly greeted me with big smiles, making me feel instantly welcome. The room was not only spacious and clean but also equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's restaurant served delicious cuisine. Moreover, its prime location made it easy to explore the city. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Not very happy. Very old settings. Location is not good. Very hard to find food around. Breakfast is very simple and most of the food are basic. And yet expensive. Not worth the value at all. We as a family won't be coming back again and won't recommend. Not impressive at all. Our room's cards uses old technology, that you can't put near your phone or else it will be deactivated. The toilet is not flushing properly and one of the button is not working. Sink water and bathroom water can't flow down smoothly. I think this hotel need to be refurbished.

Very professional level hotel, before we arrived, we sent a package to the hotel in advance, the staff was very enthusiastic and responsible for helping us to collect the courier and deliver it to our room when we checked in. I would like to mention the staff Zoey, who was very patient and taught me how to use the shipping software when we left the hotel as we had too many luggage and needed to be sent to another place.

A great stay experience, the hotel room has a washing machine and kitchen, which is very convenient. The front desk is located on the third floor and in the lobby on the first floor, which is very safe. There are security personnel on duty 24 hours a day, and they will help to clean the elevator. The staff were also very enthusiastic, and Zoey was very friendly. She helped me because I needed to book a car to travel to Leshan, and I couldn't communicate with the driver. I asked her to help translate for me.

Although the hotel is a bit far from major attractions, the local cab service, Didi, made commuting convenient. The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities to keep you entertained, including a huge gym. Overall, I highly recommend Somerset Riverview for a pleasant stay.

Excellent service! My husband and I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago back in 2014, and now I stay in this hotel for over a month. I just love everything about this hotel, non-smoking, that’s my top priority, you can’t hardly find any hotel in Chengdu that provide this kind of non-smoking in any area. The people are friendly, always :-) everybody. I will always come back to stay here, nowhere else. Kelly and cala are Great workers. And Betty is the cleaner is also so good.

Will choose this hotel again .. walking distance to IFs mall , tianfu square .. even Wide and Narrow Alley and Wuhou

We really like the river view from our room, its so relaxing in the eyes. We also like the gym. The big space of our room and cleanliness is superb. That’s why Somerset Riverview Chengdu is one of our favorite hotel in Chengdu.

The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location in Chengdu. The front desk staff, Kelly, is always warm and considerate. The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff is dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, thinking of the guests. There is a swimming pool, gym on the 3rd floor, and I am very satisfied with my stay. Staying at this hotel makes me feel at home! The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

I went to Chengdu on a business trip and chose Shengjie. The check-in experience was very good. The front desk service was good. I also arranged a river view room for me. The scenery was very beautiful. Kelly recommended a hot pot in less than 5 minutes nearby, which was delicious. After eating the hot pot, I went to Jiuyanqiao for a drink. It was good .

About 5 minutes walk from 华西坝Huaxiba mrt station. Convenient and good price. Some local restaurants at right side of the hotel (near to the river) if you look from the map.

Overall, a very good hotel with reasonable price. Quite near the metro station with walking time about ten minutes. Friendly and courteous staff. Buffet breakfast includes both Chinese and western dishes. However, the real air-conditioning temperature cannot reach above 20 degrees C.
