The conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel bottles are too small. Couldn't they provide a bit more? I stay here every time I return to China. The rooms have a pot and basic cooking utensils, but you can't really cook a proper meal, though it's fine for boiling eggs or instant noodles. The free upgrade to a suite was a nice touch.

Regularly stayed at this hotel apartment and never had any issue. However this time staying there with the family in a two bedroom apartment the whole living room has a bad odour coming from the carpet. We were told the carpet had been washed and the water extraction was broken hence carpet was not dried. Smell like some had vomitted on the carpet and was cleaned the night before. They could have remove the carpet or offered a new room. Since we were regular customers I expect better service. Nevertheless it is a good apartment service has been lacking.

1. The room photos of this hotel online are vastly different from the actual room. I felt severely misled. We booked based on the online room pictures and the front desk video. First of all, the hotel was hard to find, and it wasn't on the first floor as shown in the video; they don't even have a front desk on the first floor, but the video clearly showed it there. The video made it seem quite tasteful, but in reality, the female manager at their front desk had an unimaginably poor service attitude. While waiting for the elevator, I noticed her expression when she looked at me was very unsettling. Secondly, the room photos showed plates, wine glasses, and other cutlery on the dining table, making us think their facilities were comprehensive. Only after entering the room did we discover there was nothing... 2. We decided to book because their advertisement mentioned a kitchen, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and so on. However, they didn't even provide the most basic cooking utensils. There was only a sample coffee machine, which was completely unusable and didn't even come with compatible coffee pods – it was purely decorative. 3. They explicitly stated a 12 PM checkout time online. Before 10 AM, we received a call asking if we wanted to check out. We were speechless 😓. We were already packing our things, planning to leave around 11 AM. It was really uncomfortable. We travel and stay in hotels for enjoyment and comfort, but this made us very unhappy. 4. The washing machine was also just for show; clothes couldn't be dried. I tried drying them several times, but they never got dry. It's unbelievable how the room's amenities don't match their high pricing at all! The room rate they charge is almost comparable to a five-star hotel. 5. Friends who haven't booked yet, please be careful. If you don't believe me, you can try it – the room rate you pay is completely disproportionate to its value. 6. Furthermore, the worst part was the bathroom, which had a lot of mold. I initially wanted to take some photos to show everyone, but because they rushed us to leave, I forgot. Specifically, the four corners inside the shower had a lot of disgusting mold (at least we believe it was mold). If not mold, then what were those dark blue and black things in those four corners? 7. The water in the shower didn't drain quickly into the pipes. Every time I showered, I had to stop and wait a few minutes for the water to drain before continuing to shower. It was very frustrating 😓.

Auntie Li cleaned the room very thoroughly, and her service attitude was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The room is also very spacious and the furniture is brand new.

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy with complete facilities. The front desk staff, Xiao Ai and A Re, provided excellent service. I will definitely come again.

Always great, though the bed is getting old and you can smell the previous occupant near the headboard. The location is still superb. It remains my first choice for business trips.

We had a great stay at Cres&Asia - check in was easy despite the language barrier, the room was large and spotless, and reception was very responsive, checking in regularly via Wechat about things like cooking supplies, cleaning, and suggestions in the neighborhood. The wifi was fast, the location is close enough to public transport (and of course it's always easy to get Hellobikes and Didis). All in all, can highly recommend.

The room is very spacious and clean. Aside from the high price, everything else is excellent. The entire room is spotless, the bed is large, and the soundproofing is superb. The toiletries are also comprehensive and of high quality.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and bright with convenient facilities. Xiao Yang and Xiao Yu at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helpful. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making the overall stay quite comfortable. I'll definitely come again!

The Kaya Hotel has a beautiful environment, complete facilities, and is very clean. Overall, it's quite good. The front desk staff, including Xiao Yu and Xiao Ai, are very helpful and answer all questions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Service revel is normal

The best place to stay in Chengdu. It is the first time we stayed in a service hotel, and it was really great place to be! Cres&Asia Residence has very convenient location. Room is HUGE! quiet, modern and clean. All the staffs are really helpful, pleasant and always willing to provide best possible services or advice. We had wonderful stay in Cres&Asia Residence and we will be very happy to book it each time we come to Chengdu in the future. Big thanks to all the staff for making our stay in Chengdu so pleasant!
