Fantastic place. Apartment was just like photos. Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Clean, hot shower, comfortable bed. Separate bedroom and lounge with a tv in each. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and even a small supply of washing powder. These are the little touches that make a difference. Would definitely recommend.

The room is spacious and of good view, beddings are comfortable and clean. Location is ok, you will need to take a cab down to the downtown Hanoi but the distance also keep you away from the noise. Overally a good choice for family stay.

The room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.

+ Very nice personnel, good english. Great appliances in the kitchen, very clean and functional, and some have microwave. Good breakfast options. (Washing machine, oven, bread grill, ironing plank...) - sometimes bathtub is a bit old and shower gel single portion is not the best very difficult to open and you only have one for 2. Only one towels for body not for hair. A bit old playgrounds and swimming pool. - some rooms are a bit far from the entry But the location a bit remote and calm, only 5 minutes from good restaurants and activity.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with all appliances being famous Japanese and Korean brands. The washing machine with a dryer was a huge help in humid Vietnam. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it had all the essentials.

Good apartments … near to lake and various cafés , have many amenities for kids to have fun !

The hotel is clean and has good facilities, the centerpiece of which is a large outdoor pool. The breakfast has good variety with several new dishes each day in addition to staples. Staff varied in friendliness from always helpful cleaning staff to sometimes unsmiling front desk staff. All in all, recommended.

There is no shortage of things to do with kids at this place. An awesome pool, driving range for golf, badminton, table tennis, billiards. Keeps them entertained indefinitely

This is a great hotel to go to with small children. All the amenities have free hire (i.e tennis rackets for the tennis courts). The coach they run 4 times a day for free goes into the old quarter of Hanoi. I thought this hotel was great value.

The staffs are  nice and helpful. Room is clean. My child likes the pool very much. This is the mostly recommend resort in Ha noi
