Ulasan Dexian Hotel

Dexian Hotel is located inside a condominium complex very near to Exit A of Shuangdian Road Station. It is very convenient for travel, food, and general amenities with many shops on the ground floor. The hotel manager will message you on your first day and ask you to add him/her to WeChat/Weixin so be sure to have a WeChat account ready. Instructions on unit number and how to enter unit are given on WeChat. No point asking or communicating with condo staff. All communications are done through WeChat. The manager was great throughout my stay, responding quickly to enquiries and requests. The place is not as posh as expensive hotels but still reasonably good for a few days’ stay, as long as you’re not too fussy. Expect some minor imperfections, noises from neighbours, or residual smoking odors. There are other residential units in the condo so it feels more like a homestay than a hotel.

It was in a good location, 1 minute walk to metro, very good value for money. Check in / check out was very easy. Good view.

Much recommended place for cost friendly stay for foreigners and Chinese. The room was well orientated and it's more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was clean . And I liked the fact that this hotel location is nearby metro, thus it makes traveling easier. Overall I loved the services and their hospitality. Would love to come here again!👌🏻

Feel like staycation, also provide microwave, hotplate and washing machine, amenities are excellent. Can feel privacy fully and no noise too. Also love the view. They also can provide projector. Wifi good to screen mirroring to TV with phone. (Photos from screenshot to video so not clear)

It was an authentic stay at local neighborhood. Many tasty food and drink nearby with affordable price. Would recommend it to everyone!

So disappointed with the place. Its not properly cleaned, fan didnt function. We sleep with hot temperature. Aircond couldnt cover higher level.

The plaza is conveniently located and budget-friendly, surrounded by numerous reasonably priced dining options. It's conveniently close to the city center, with a taxi ride to the 339 area costing about 10-15 RMB. Additionally, Line 7 of the metro is conveniently accessible right in front of the plaza.
