Ulasan Royce Light

The service was great from the staff. I ended up extending my stay. The only down side is that it was a bit out of my budget. But It was clean and quiet. The staff from the cafe to the front desk to the cleaners were all very nice and helpful. I had a small corner room. It came with a projector and I loved the black out curtains. There was a slight smoke smell at night because of the vents but nothing that was daunting or too much, I turned the bathroom fan on and shut the door and never could really smell it inside of the room. I loved the hot shower and the great water pressure as well. I wish I got better photos. I'm a pretty picky hotel guest and this place exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and customer service, especially in Shenzhen.

Hotel space is big, also clean and new. Will consider to stay next time

Very comfortable and quiet. The front desk workers throughout my stay were extremely helpful. I didn't get everyone's name but they all were great from the guy that helped me at night with the vending machine when my phone wasn't working to the ladies at the front desk that helped me in an emergency situation. Cuckoo was also very helpful in getting me a taxi when I was leaving. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable. The 4 bottles of water was helpful the cleaning staff were kind. The shower was great pressure and the temperature was amazing. The room isn't large but it is still very comfortable. There was some smoke smell nightly from the bathroom but with the door shut it wasn't much of an issue. I also loved the black out curtains as I worked through the night and had to sleep through the day.

Lovely staff and the hotel was close to the train station. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is quite close to a nice park made for a great stay.

酒店環境安靜，房間設施智能乾淨，前台C服務親切友好，靠近2條地條線，到地鐵站需要步行5-8分鐘，到深圳灣、人才公園、南頭古城都很便利，整體住宿體驗舒適滿意，非常推薦這家高性價比酒店！

酒店周邊出行方便，位置優越，附近就有地鐵站，交通便捷，酒店在科技園裡，附近環境清幽很安靜，晚上休息的挺不錯的，4月2日下午入住，前台YA小哥為人親切服務熱情，住的很開心 門口花牆開的很美，還有地下美食城，吃飯方便

第二次入住啦，房間打掃的乾淨整潔，也很安靜，晚上休息的挺好的，位置靠近世界之窗，深圳灣公園，酒店附近就有地鐵站，旅遊出行也很方便，yoyo員工為人很親切，入住方便快捷，住的很開心。下次再過來
