Hotel di Kawasan Komersial TaiShenLu, Chengdu

Arrived late at night and was greeted by an energetic young receptionist called Zheng Xia (郑霞). She was handling the reception alone. After checking me in, two more groups of travellers came and one of them was rushing for her to check him in. She handled them smoothly and calmly. She’s one of the few service staff whom I observe who care for her customers and treat them with warmth and smile. Way to go. You need more people like her around. Room was clean, the toilet smells a little but it might be the dampness in Chengdu. Toilet and tub were very clean too. Daily housekeeping does a good job. Provided with lots of bottled water. Had a projector screen in the room to watch the dramas and shows you want. Room used Xiao Du, the smart AI to control curtains and lights. Pretty cool. Hotel is a little away from the train station but cycling is a very convenient way to go about the city.

It's very clean and the staff were very helpful with my luggage and giving me directions in the city. The location is quiet but also close to the walking street along the river.

The hotel is exactly what we needed for a family holiday. The room is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The house keeping crew are very considerate and have left us extra bottles of water for our little one. And they have acted really fast when we needed to change sheet out of normal house keeping hours. The only thing is that it can get pretty warm in the room in the afternoon even with the cool air AC on. Not all front desk people can communicate in English but a simple translation tool can solve that problem. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely stay here again next time when we are in Chengdu!

Good stay, room was clean and good amount of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. As some of the other reviews have said the soundproofing in some of the rooms are not the best as you can hear the rooms above having a shower which if you are a light sleeper can be annoying but it didn't bother us much (my parents also stayed at this hotel but on another floor and they had no such problems so maybe just room dependent)

房間非常不錯酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情，周到，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，之前訂的房間空調壞了，開了一晚上都只有17度，都給我們弄感冒了，而且房間門鎖也是壞的！小徐知道之後給我們換了一個房間，並且是免費升級的套房，這樣貼心周到的處理真的很贊！可以説非常滿意的一次入住體驗！在這家酒店住宿讓我感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

Staff very friendly and ready to help. Can use WeChat to contact the staff in advanced if any special requests needed. Hotel nearby got many food stalls for supper and breakfast, but the location is a bit far from metro station. 服务人员都非常友善，前台也帮忙收了很多快递，酒店地点离地跌有点远，不过周边美食很多也有24小时超市，人也没那么杂，总的来说是一次不错的住宿体验。谢谢☺️工作人员👩💼

This is in an interesting area where old industrial warehouses have been converted into a commercial and cultural zone. The hotel was comfortable and affordable, and the staff were very kind! Great deal.

酒店很有設計感，景觀也是非常到位。毗鄰錦江和339塔，且周圍不嘈雜很安靜。 淋浴系統很舒適，香氛選品也很細膩。潤膚霜的香調相當好聞，留下深刻印象。 最後建議酒店可以多安排一些人手，在入住時等了比較久，這也是很多設計師酒店民宿存在的普遍現象，特別是在旅遊高峯期活躍期，感覺整個系統還是節奏會略慢一些～ 拍了不少美麗的照片，期待越做越好～～～
