進去酒店就能被酒店的裝修擺設驚喜到，有一股淡淡的花香，外面看不像是酒店，前出倪家橋A口門口就是酒店，交通不要太便捷了，非常適合家庭旅遊，或者商務出差，出行十分方便，房間乾淨衞生，四樓有花園，一定要去看看！！整個花園圍繞着許多的綠植🪴，看起來陽光明媚✨，與城市形成了一道鮮明的對比，照片原相機直出，但是都不及你親眼欣賞到的畫面，推薦大家訂早餐，早餐多樣自助式，在這樣美的環境吃早餐真的感覺很愜意舒適，和幾個朋友在花園裡暢談人生，喝喝茶，打打麻將，簡直太安逸了！

My advice? Do not stay here. There are two bathrooms and they permanently smell like awful stinky urine. I had to go buy bleach and clean myself to be able to use it, three hours later the smell was the same. Beds are fooor hard, the bed sheets and towels are super clean. The owner is the kindest guy. But this is like a frat house. It’s mainly Chinese men full time living here, they all smoke in the kitchen. There’s a cat that meows like crazy at 5 am.
There’s a washing machine that you can use. It’s an old flat building, extremely hard to find. Also they moved so the adress now is same building block but building one floor 5. Exit elevator and it’s the door in your right.
Again, owner is the kindest and most helpful person. But if you can afford something better just do.

屋裡設施齊全，在成都最熱的兩天空調很給力，前台服務很好，有服務意識，早餐品種豐富，周圍有好幾個超市買水果酸奶很方便，距離地鐵步步行十分鐘可達，在這附近是性價比很高的選擇，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到，客房的條件也很好，簡約與中式很好的融合在一起。酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，以後來成都的時候，還是會選擇這裏的！

酒店所處地點特別好，離地鐵站超近，走十幾分鍾分鐘就到，去哪兒都很方便。衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間設施也很不錯。尤其是前台的小姐姐特別熱情周到，因為出差，報銷額度有限制，前台小姐姐細心的幫我計算更優惠的入住方式，還建議我養成用早餐的習慣。因為我身體不適一致咳嗽，小姐姐還特意跑上來問我是否安好，並且讓客房服務員給我房間額外多放2瓶水，超級暖心。退房的時候看我嘴巴上火起泡，還送我一瓶水，走的時候還幫我拉門，簡直太貼心太讓我感動了！！！忘了問小姐姐的名字，真的超級感謝！以後出差還來這家店了。

This hotel is also conveniently located, the staff was very friendly and everyone was very receptive, shower had good water temperature and water pressure but the water leaks from the shower are to the toilet area because there is no door in between, the bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft, so just right), and great value for the price! Would recommended to future travelers.

Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose.
The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates
The needs-improvement:
- Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com
- Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands
- There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀
I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Chengdu South Railway Station located approximately 7km away and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport roughly 19km away. In addition, Dongmen Bridge Metro Station is just a short walk away. Seeing Chengdu's sights from this hotel is easy with Chengdu Jinjiang River Night Cruise, Lan Kwai Fong Chengdu and Fu Rong Guo Cui - Legend of Face Changing all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Chengdu hotel can make use of the parking facilities. The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

TtravelingtangerineI booked this hotel to compare with temple house and I would definitely recommend temple house over diaoyutai. Despite the no smoking sign there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room setup doesn't make much sense with the walk in closet at the opposite end of the bed and bathroom. The bed is quite comfy so that's a plus. A lot of the channels on the tv didn't work which was weird because they worked at all the other hotels I stayed at in Chengdu. The original room they gave me was on a higher floor but looked right into the residential building next door so I wouldn't be able to open the curtains hence I requested a room change. The new one was better location wise but the windows were really dirty as if they'd never been wiped.
Location is good if you want to explore xuanzhai alley but beware there are A LOT of tourists. Soundproofing is good and you can get a good night's sleep despite the ruckus outside.

FFuchonggougou整個民宿細節感滿滿，竹林、聽風、魚塘、山泉叮咚、荷葉圓圓，喝杯茶，喜歡一份清靜的可以試一下。服務也特別貼心（我們是周內入住）。不過因為在山上，還是會比較潮濕，房間內的風格就全憑個人愛好了，比如我老公會不太喜歡日式榻榻米。整體五星好評，想去山裡玩的，可以體驗一下。

Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

PPengguna Tetamu非常專業的親子酒店。專業是指能抓住有娃家庭的需求，孩子開心大人自然滿意。温泉池從早上10點開到晚上11點，室內室內池和室外池花樣多，小孩子玩得樂此不疲。小小的河心島也大大滿足了娃的探索欲，還有就是小河道里的各項設施，小朋友玩得不要太高興。表揚一下工作人員張永傑，人很nice，看我們不會撐船，主動帶我們兩個大人兩個小孩在河裡遛了一圈。金堂索菲特不算大熱酒店，人不打擠，體驗感就又要往上拔一拔。建議怕擠的家長們打卡，絕對乘興而來滿意而歸。

Very close to the metro around 200m (People park's station) and you can cross the road to KuanZhai. The owner also recommended us a lot of place to go.
But the wall is a little bit thin, you can hear the sounds from the room next to you ( Mine was around 3 AM hearing the room next to me cheering ball).

CCatherine HumeThe reception girls are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable. Chinese style breakfast is free and balanced diet, suitable for anyone who likes Chinese food! Free cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

JJessyT.Really lovely hostel! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they speak perfect English! They have free events which was fun and an awesome way to meet other backpackers! We stayed in a private room, which was nice! The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice! Just sometimes no hot water for showering at night. Overall really good hostel, would definitely come back! Oh and lots of good restaurants and convenient stores around.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
