As international travelers (non-Asian), we had an exceptional stay at the InterContinental Water Park Hotel. Beyond the facilities, what truly stood out was the genuine Chinese hospitality we experienced from check-in to check-out. A very special thank you to Mrs. Delia Chen and her manager, a true gentleman, who made our arrival seamless and memorable. They kindly included water park tickets and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our son had an absolute blast and the water park was without a doubt the highlight of our stay and made the entire experience unforgettable. The rooms were extremely comfortable, especially the beds, which ensured we slept very well. Housekeeping was impeccable, with everything kept spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.

The service was excellent. When I informed the staff that need not to clean my room because I will be working in the room, the staff brought me a plate of fruits. Wonderful services.
