Very good hotel, service good, people are friendly and the staff is helpful

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Lokasi yang baik. Terdapat stesen kereta api bawah tanah betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Berdekatan dengan segala-galanya seperti makanan jalanan dan tarikan. Saiz bilik dan pencahayaan adalah mencukupi. Dekorasi yang bagus. Alangkah baiknya jika makanan panas yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi disimpan panas semasa dihidangkan.

The building corridor, lift and entrance are very old, dirty and of very bad air quality, although the interior space and size of the room is ok. The curtains are broken and toilet is small. The location is convenient and flat owner is helpful.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Not only is the hotel well situated , service and attitude of the staff here are remarkable. Had some personal queries and requests , staff name Busek was happy and to assist and solve my request and queries with ease. Job well done to staff Busek and other staffs. Being foreign in Cheng Du for the first time , Staff Busek gave some good recommendations and tips during my visit in the beautiful city of Cheng Du. Room cleaning was impeccable and efficient . Keep up the good work and service . Will definitely return if I visit Cheng du again .

服務：我們是21號凌晨到達的酒店，當時老闆説沒房間了給我們升級房型，在19樓，睡了一晚很吵，吵的不能接受，因為窗户靠馬路，夢裡都能迷糊聽到喇叭聲，第二天一早果斷找老闆換房間，要求換成之前訂的房型。換到了22樓的房間，連續睡了三晚，不吵，窗外景色也不錯的，就是投影儀有點問題，就是不聚焦，給老闆打了電話也耐心的教我們怎麼去調整，五分鐘解決。 昨天下午臨走的時候，老闆還送了兩瓶礦泉水，服務挺好的，祝老闆生意興隆。

Tuyu Boutique Apartment was in a good location, 3-4 metro stops away from Chunxi Road and Tainfu Square. Below the building, there was Luckin Coffee, which was very convenient. It was very hard to find the check-in room, and the floors of the hotel were wrong on the Trip-com site, which was a bad surprise. The room was clean for the most part, except for the window, which was very dirty inside and outside as well. The hallway on that floor was dirty and had some unfinished rooms visible. In general, the bed was large and nice, and the service was nice, but they could clean more and have accurate information in the advertisement.

Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. Stayed here for 2nights. Reception at level 33 same as the restaurant also. Western and Chinese style breakfast, they have daily drinks in lobby free of charges.

Jika anda tiba di Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu dan mengambil susur keluar di seberang hotel, sila pastikan anda bergerak dari ruang bawah tanah stesen ke bahagian hotel.
