This is an excellent hotel and very centrally located on East Coast Rd. The hotel rooms are very clean. Many have lovely terraces and the beds are excellent with fresh sheets cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel deliver a delicious breakfast to your room and the chapatis are the best I ever tasted. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait to go back.

The rooms were very neat and clean. Service workers were very polite and most helpful. I really enjoyed my stay with friends. I recommend this place even for families and couples.

The property was neat and clean but the kitchen has no cooking utensils. Their hospitality team was so bad that they tried for rs. 1000- stating charging for late check out. On a note the check out time was 12:30pm and i was checking out by 12:32pm. When i called they denied of charging fine and the property manager without apologising said ok sir you can go.
