The location was accessible from the main road although surroundings were not so clean. Clean room and ambience was good. The staff was helpful.

The place, cleanliness, food and service is all excellent. My only negative point is that the caretakers close by 11pm. It's locked after 10pm, so if i go outside make sure you are back by 10. 30pm max.

Low Tide (Minimal cost) and High Tide (Upper end stay) are two types of stay facilities and both are comfortable. Bed and Breakfast system. Service apartment style also available. ample parking space for cars and close to East Coast Beaches and Beach attractions in Chennai-ECR

The stay was unpleasant. No parking available and my car got damaged parking outside. Lift was not operated despite i told them that there is difficulty for my senior parents. We had to checkout a day before as my parents were unable to climb stairs. Most times they keep the gates closed and we had to wait for the gate to open for coming in or going out. No one was at the reception and we had to call them each time and wait for long hours. Overall - disappointing stay

We booked here for a collage admission for my son at Amet University for couple of days. Very good spacious room and we spent a good time near the beach also. There is a mall near by were we watched movies too. Good hotel for family and recomend for any one it's completely privacy.

I have booked this hotel directly for a business meeting, This hotel is located in Kanathur just opposite to Amet University and very close to Mayajal Complex. Walkable distance to Kanathur Beach also. When I check in I got welcome drink and My Room AC was on before I check in. I saw some compliments like Snacks on the side of the bed and Toiletries also. Have kitchen and 2nd Bathroom inside the apartment also. Living space have seating area with Dining set up.
