Security Krishna , Front office ***ager Pranave , Restaurant Exec Amit , Devashish and staff Sandeep are very good.. The hotel General ***ager Mr Shukla took good care of us.. Hotel Cab ***ager - Umar , his assistant ***i , driver Ravi are extremely cooperative and friendly.

Have been frequently staying at Holiday Inn at OMR IT Road in Chennai for my business trips. And the experience has always been amazing. The Rooms are huge in size with everything well maintained. The breakfast buffet is really awesome with plethora of options to choose from. The facility is pretty clean and secure. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Would like to do a special call out for Chandra (Duty ***ager) who has looked after me and my team pretty well during our visit. More power to him and his team. Keep up the good work to the entire staff

Nice 5 star with much to desire from room service. 1 hour for a bottle of water. Restaurant good. Reception helpful. Caters mainly to Apollo Proton Cancer centre which is walking distance from this hotel. Not much to say beyond this. Ask what else you wish to know

Excellent customer service; friendly atmosphere from all the staff. ***ager was willing to go the extra mile to make sure all my crew was well attended. A few complaints about mosquitoes en the rooms but it was taken care of. Rooms and other areas were very clean and tidy. Food was spectacular and suited for any taste

Hotel is really good. Situated at the heart of OMR Road. I have been starting here very frequently. Food is also good. Gym trainer is the best. Purna is so dedicated at his work. He teaches good techniques. I look forward to get trained by him. Good luck..

Great location in OMR. Most friendly and helpful staff.Everything about the hotel was exceptional.. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
