Staff is super friendly and helpful and the room is clean. Not the most luxurious hotel but for the price its great! Their breakfast is also top notch. My friend stayed in another hotel and came over for breakfast, and he liked it very much too. I also enjoyed the little garden at the entrance, which is very chill and nice for a coffee.

Great place to stay at Chiang Mai as the location is super central. Receptionist is super friendly. Experience was great, except bathroom is slightly small. There is no lift to second and third level. Would definitely recommend to stay.

The staff are very friendly. The checkin and check out are very fast and no hassle at all. I forgot my adapter and borrowed one from the reception desk with no charging and of course you will have to return it :) Throughout my stay, the boss and staff are pretty social and will ask you for a personalised breakfast and also very chill vibe at the hotel. The room is decent even though the bathroom is small but didn’t bother me that much. Tho the couch surface looks a bit dirty.

Elliebum is a perfect place to stay in Chiang mai, very accommodating and the staff and owner are excellent people that take very good care of you as a guest, they treat you like family and remember your face when you return for another stay which is amazing. Location is great and walking distance from anywhere you want to go! The food is excellent and so if the coffee!!!! Wonderful place. Will always stay here on my trips to Chiang Mai!id give 10 stars if I could just really a wonderful chill place to spend your time! Highly highly recommend

Love the bed and pillows. Slept very well. Room is a little cramped. And, as other guests have already pointed out, there is hardly any space inside the toilet to move about. It's easy to miss the hotel entrance, as the hotel name signage is not visually prominent at all.

This is not hotel but inn with very small Room , Its difficult to use toilet cause of no space to sit on it. You have to keep the cover up with hand To use toilet , the toilet is very old style one and not good to use , unconvenient to use on it. I had never seen this kinds of toilet. They have no Elevater. You need to call to the front to carry your bag 🎒. The place is best of best in the center of chaingmai in old city. A lot of famius temples near hotel and Massage shop , restaurant very near 👌

Elliebum Boutique Hotel is small but cosy. Some hotel staff can speak simple English which is good for communication. They are helpful and friendly; always smiley. Hotel location is good, not too far from some night market places by walk. They provide simple breakfast on menu and you need to order from them the day before. Will definitely go back again if I visit Chiang Mai.

Booked two rooms separately, this is for my son and without including breakfast when booking but added when we living there.

Very detailed items & service mind. Room is a bit small (used to large room) but cozy. Car needs to be parked a bit further down the street. Very delicious breakfast.

Checked out the hotel with my kids for a little staycation in town. Staff very friendly and doing their best to make the stay enjoyable. Rooms are very small and the hotel has no facilities to spend time in with the kids. Great place if you're a tourist exploring Chiang Mai - not the best location for a relaxing staycation in town.

Wonderful boutique hotel just in the heart of Old City. Great hospitality, excellent food, nice rooms with all the amenities.
