Warm welcome beautiful room delicious breakfast not a vast choice but great all the same. Room was beautiful great value for money would definitely stay again

Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB. Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water. Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

Loved loved this little hotel! We came back several times on the same trip. It’s really charming. The staff are great. Breakfast v good choices and the Lana rooms are stylish and super comfy. Highly recommended. We also liked the neighbourhood. It’s a short walk from the old city, quiet and local feel. Not as touristy. 5 out of 5 from us.

First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

If you don’t mind seeking local breakfasts nearby, I’d recommend you can skip out on the hotel breakfast. The food was completely cold every morning and - with the exception of hot tea and hot coffee. Housekeeping left something to be desired. Towels were stained, the precious guests trash was still laying around. Lots of hair on my sink area

Everything was good, they also have private tuk tuk to the old city. Rooms are nice and clean. The only thing that needs more attention is the internal bar/coffee, they don’t have much, not even a glass of wine, but they do have bottles of wine. Another thing is the very cold water in the swimming pool, no one inside because of that, they have a jacuzzi also with cold water. I do recommend this hotel to any family, maybe boring for young people.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a decent experience. The rooms were spacious and relatively clean, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was quite good, and it seems like the quality has improved from previous reviews, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent—very close to the Saturday night market and only a 20-minute walk to the city center. Service, for the most part, was great. The female staff and the gentleman working during breakfast were particularly friendly, professional, and helpful. However, my experience at the reception upon check-in was shockingly bad, due to two younger male staff members. Their customer service was among the worst I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They interrupted me while I was explaining my concerns rather than trying to provide solutions. There was no water in the room upon arrival, the room wasn’t what I had originally booked, and they refused to provide two key cards even though the reservation was for two guests. To make matters worse, they required a deposit for a second key card, which I’ve never heard of before. While the hotel has some great aspects, the terrible reception experience left a lasting negative impression. Because of this, I will not be returning.

Had a great stay! The room was nice and spacious, loved the Thai style designs. The location was great, close to almost everything, the road to the hotel itself was quite tight and narrow so be careful if you are bringing your own car. If you don’t have a car though, they do provide a shuttle bus and it’s easy to get back with tuktuk or taxi since it’s a pretty well known hotel. Pool was also also nice and clean. I loved it!

For us it was a perfect stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is located 10min walk from old town, which is perfect for a quiet stay. Also you get fast from/to the airport.

A peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The Lanna room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the mountain. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Not too far from the downtown and lots of delicious local food options close to the nearest 7/11. Would happily come back again!

Sure, the wooden structure of the buildings looks nice, but apart from that not much positive to mention here. Rooms are not soundproof, you can understand every word spoken in neighbouring rooms, when someone walked on upper floor, the whole room was shaking. If breakfast is not included in your room rate, don’t pay extra, it’s not worth it. Location is close to airport, but far from city center.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very big with high ceilings. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Location was good but 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. Nice pool but completely in the shade for the whole day. Breakfast was average. Limited hot food options and little variety day by day. My partner is gluten free and vegetarian and had just a few options to choose from. But overall, a very good experience.

The decoration and atmosphere in the hotel is amazing, a lot of small details… Happy to book there, thanks for the effort!
