The hotel location is Good along the boundary line of OLD TOWN. Stay there for 5 days, Easy to get around with plenty of key areas within walking distance ! The Room is spacious and the bed is comfy despite a bit old !  The breakfast though simple is sufficient with daily changes on the main menu rotating with noodles and fried rice !

Staff is very friendly, flexible and nice. I arrived early and left my luggage there as rooms were not ready. And I checked in before 1pm which is great. There's some sheltered parking for scooters which is a bonus. However, the doors can't be locked without slamming which is super annoying as there's constant slamming of doors from other guests. Room is nice and big, neighbourhood is local, laundromat everywhere :)

Anyway, the size of the car that came was not suitable, and he didn’t even come to the lobby to notify, so he just left, which made the family feel nervous. Fortunately, the hotel just happened to have a chartered car to bring back the foreign investment. The brother in the lobby helped us coordinate with the boss and the driver, and we got on the car smoothly and came to the locomotive. I am really grateful to them.

Overall, it's okay for the price. It's close to tourist attractions and restaurants, and you'll meet a lot of foreigners. However, if you're going to book, you should know that the staff can't speak Thai, so you can speak English or Burmese instead.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. On the first day, underwear was found in the bathroom, probably from previous guests. The room was very hot due to the strong sun and the air conditioning did not work very well. The shower had little pressure and problems with the light when it was used. On the last day, we found the wardrobe infested with ants and we had to unpack our bags because the clothes were full of them. Finally, we also found a cockroach walking on the edge of the cabinet.

Mostly foreigners stay here. There is limited parking, but you can inform us in advance.

I was able to walk to Chiang Mai Hormone. The hotel staff could not speak Thai and communicated in English.
