Lobby/pool area/ other common spaces were super nice, just like in the photos, and similarly for my room. Also, it was lovely to have free water, coffee, some bananas and snacks 24hr/day, not just breakfast time (food if available, sometimes nothing left).
I was allowed to check in as soon as I got to the hotel, ~11am, and requested late check out at 3pm, but was offered it at 2pm at the latest.
When I was trying to check-in, check-out, and then many other times that I saw during my stay, reception desk was empty. This was very weird: all employees seemed to enjoy chatting in the kitchen, ignoring tourists needs. Sometimes at night, employee in charge was laying by the sofa with the iPhone while reception desk empty. Not very professional for the pretensions of this hotel.
Buffet breakfast could be better, as around 40-60% of guests are not Asians. There were many options, but at least the quality of the pastries and croissants was not what I expected. Food that was supposed to be hot (fried eggs) was cold when I served myself.
There was no power outlet at all in the toilet, so I had to plug and use the hairdryer by the refrigerator: that was a bit awkward.
Finally, no soundproof rooms. People entering / leaving rooms and talking in the corridors, and children playing in the pool, were heard loud from inside my room (and I was at the top floor).
