Not all rooms had a refrigerator. Additionally, there was no kettle to make tea or coffee, nor was there any ice available for drinking water. Bottled water was provided in the room, and additional bottles could be picked up at the entrance. The bathroom lacked a shower screen or curtain, which caused water to spread across the bathroom floor.

Nice and cozy plus super affordable. We enjoyed our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The wifi was not good and no good parking in there. I had to park on the edge of the road why they posted on the website have the parking.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a traveler couple. On the overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, which is always a plus, and considering the price, we felt it offered good value for our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks. The sound insulation could definitely be improved, as we could hear everything from the rain to our neighbors, and even the planes flying overhead. Additionally, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke at times, and the rooms could have benefited from a bit more natural light. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the cleanliness and the overall experience. Thank you for a nice stay!

The hotel is close to Chiang Mai University and the zoo, and it is also convenient to visit important places. Overall, I was very impressed.

We didn't expect much in this price but after we stayed,my daughter so happy with the staff service. They are so nice and kind. The breakfast is delicious. They provide the bottle of water in the big see-through fridge to let the guess can take it by themselves, coffee maker machine,fried eggs and omelette is in the warm window-shield. Look like in 5 star hotel. The room is clean but i don't like the toilet without separated dry and wet area.

I chose this hotel because of the location. Facilities are clean and nice.

Nothing special - noisy and kind of dirty

Arrived at the hotel and found the front desk staff very helpful! The check-in process was simple and easy. Wasn't expecting a deposit for the hotel, but it was easy enough. The rooms were dimly lit, but adequate. Very minimal amount of furniture in both rooms, having a desk, two twin size beds, a bathroom (shower and toilet inside sink outside). I will have to admit, the amount of wall outlets in the room was plentiful. The breakfast was minimal, and I would not recommend getting it here, toast, fried eggs, (fully automatic) coffee maker. However a fantastic quality about this hotel was their free water! They had refrigerators full of water bottles that were always stocked. On our last night, we had some sort of water problem, and it was not solved until after we left (we assume). If you're able to withstand a hostel like experience, this may be the place for you, but be forewarned, its a bit outside the city, 1.67km from Nimman Rd and its under the flight pattern for CNX so in the evening there's quite a bit of engine noise. All in all, I would give this place a 6/10, purely based on the service of the staff.
