It is very convenient for us to walk around old city and night bazaar. Hotel staff are warmly welcome and helpful.

Location is great. Also importantly for me is the free parking. Need to walk a bit but parking is hard at city center. Facility is as expected. Nothing fancy, functional. For the price I was not expecting a lot. Read review before booking, had some concerns but turned out well. Maybe owner changed? Anyways overall a very good stay, will book again.

Big room with a lot of space For kids to move around. Nice pool for refreshing. Very close to many bars and entertainment places so it gets a bit noisy at night.

It is a great place to stay in Chiang Mai, everything is close to it: temples, night markets, massage parlors, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, atms… Has a small swimming pool to relax in, but mostly full of teenager guests. Depending on the guests, sometimes could be noisy. Overall experience was good and satisfying. Thank you for the people who work in this place- you’re doing a great job!!!

Great location, in walking distance to everything you need of you don't want to drive. The staff are super kind and helpful. The room has a good style and nice view and furnishing. The balcony is lovely to sit on and there is a good bath.

Location is good. Night markets and Sunday market are within walking distance. Lots of massage shops at reasonable price are found nearby. The hotel operator is very nice. We arrived in the morning and he let us check-in early. The hotel is a bit old but it is clean and tidy. For this price, we really have no complaint. But I suggest them to install a shower curtain in the washroom so as to avoid water splashing all over.

Great location for solo traveller, even female. facility and room condition is okay than price. I was comfortable for that. the best part of this hotel is staffs. All the staffs are so nice and friendly, they always wait for helping you :-) recommend to budget traveller. Mandala house will be rlovely place to you :-) p.s. thanks a lot to all staffs, I was touched by your best service :-) (especially for refregerator, hahahaha!)

I love this hotel. The owners and staff are really nice people and will do everything to help if needed. The location is perfect and the price is cheap.

Totally enjoyed the stay here, the staff and property is great, in a great location and is also nice and quiet. Rooms are pretty soundproof also, so you can enjoy a nice relaxing time here.

A clean and tidy place with top notch facilities

The hotel is located near the city center, but it's quite difficult to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Furniture in the room is pretty old. No shower door or curtain. The kitchen is badly equipped, fridge turns off whenever you leave the room. The pool is very small and shallow, located across the street from the hotel, and the outdoor shower is not working. We were provided with parking for a rented car but it is far from the hotel.

Our room was very big and clean. The hotel has a nice ambience at night with places to sit and chill. They also has a pool. The location was very convenient too, just a few minutes walk to the nearest 7-eleven and nearby Halal restaurant. Some alley can be quite dark at night but plenty of CCTV.
