Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Chiang Mai

The hotel was so convenient for Jing jai market and coconut market to have a great trip. Also, the breakfast was so delicious and fruitful to have many choice for meal. All staffs were so polite and nice to serve us during staying in hotel, suggested all guys to enter this hotel when coming to Chiang mai.

The Hotel is new and in a quiet location S.E. of the old City, although still within reasonable walking distance to the East Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, with many fine attentive touches. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. One snag is that there is no cafe or restaurant after breakfast time, except the ones in the old Empress next door.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was the location, it was near the back side of Anusarn Market around a 5 mins walk away. However at night that street is a bit quiet and dark so a little unsettling.

Na Nirand is a beautiful and exceptionally well kept boutique gem of a hotel. The staff is outstanding in every way. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner should not be missed. The chef is five stars! The pool is relaxing and an oasis setting. The rooms are in spotless condition with traditional Lanna styling. Grand Lanna or better is my recommendation. Although the magnificent tree with mostly trimmed, I look forward to a return visit to Na Nirand to see it in full bloom.

When I travel to new place, Shangri- La always my first choose. This hotel is very near to airport but a little far away from city center. Actually this is my favorite location. Very calm to have a good rest. During my stay a lot of tourist from Korea also stay in the hotel, a little nosiy when they had breakfast together. But the service is always reliable. You can get a lot of advise from reciption. For sure if I have opportunity I will try to come again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, in a great location. We stayed in a suite which was the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in, the only thing it lacked was a balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always catered to our needs. All within a short walking distance there were night markets, restaurants, bars and a Thai boxing stadium. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to Chiang Mai.

The positives Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers Negatives 1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel 2. Deluxe room was VERY dim 3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great 4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩 5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on 6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels 7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights. 8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark. Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. วันหยุดอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมามีโอกาสได้ไปเที่ยวเชียงใหม่ และเลือกพักที่แถวนิมมาน ซึ่งเป็นย่านที่เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และได้เข้าพักที่ โรงแรมแคนทารี ฮิลส์ เชียงใหม่ เป็นโรงแรมแนวเซอร์วิสอพาร์ทเม้นท์ ที่อยู่ในซอยนิมมานเหมินทร์ 12 เดินทางสะดวก ซึ่งเป็นโรงแรมที่ชอบมาก ๆ มาเชียงใหม่ทีไรก็ต้องเลือกพักที่นี่ทุกครั้ง ตอนจองมาเป็นห้องธรรมดา แต่พนักงานอัพเกรดห้องให้เป็น 2 ห้องนอน และมีเตียงเสริม ห้องใหญ่มาก ๆ อุปกรณ์ครบครัน จองมาเป็นห้องพักที่รวมอาหารเช้า อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก ๆ มันตอบโจทย์นักท่องเที่ยวแน่นอนครับเพราะมันเดินทางสะดวกใกล้แห่งบันเทิง หาร้านอาหารสะดวกมากๆ

Staff are extremely helpful especially Mr Dear always checking our Grab bookings and let us sit in the lobby while he look out for our car to arrive. Always readily recommend places to go upon request. Staff at the restaurant are so amazing, they are so attentive and remember our special requests and for the next few days served us according what we requested on day one. We appreciate Ms Chanya, Mr Jommy and their team for their first class service. Hotel location is good , 15 min walk to weekend night markets and 15 min drive to most malls.

I stayed here the first week of January 2023. The architecture and grounds are very beautiful, however, the property is starting to show its age. And on checking into my room, I noticed that there were some nails popping out of the floor. Fortunately, I didn’t cut myself on them. Maintenance was very quick to remedy this. I’m not sure if some of the shower fixtures need to be repaired or it’s just a matter of a lack of water pressure. This is not a resort you would stay in if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in the old town. It is at least a 25 minute drive. Given this was my second trip to Chiang Mai I came to relax and sightseeing was a lower priority so I didn’t mind that it was far from town. The breakfast buffet was just OK. It did have an egg station however, it seems to be difficult to keep the self-serve items hot. And there was also a mediocre Asian breakfast buffet. I prefer to order coffee than use their machine. Given the cost of breakfast it would’ve been better to have à la cart. NOW THE GOOD PARTS: Fai at spa: I do think Fai was the star of the resort staff. She was very kind, professional providing a great massage. I’m sorry I only went over to the spa once. Wait staff: i’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but I found the serving staff to be very friendly and polite. A couple of waiters at dinner were very helpful with recommendations that I found very good. Dinner: I had dinner most evenings at the resort. I thought it was reasonably priced. I love the Pad Thai and on multiple nights had to order dessert, mango and sticky rice. Both excellent. A couple of evenings I had different types of northern Thai stew that was very good. Room with pool access: I enjoyed having the room with pool access. And I thought the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortabl. There is a small patio with two chairs and a table as you walk out of your room. It’s a nice place to sit and read by the pool. The pool does have a swim up bar which was never opened the week I was there. I’m not sure why. It wasn’t a big deal because it wasn’t something I was that interested in. The pool was well-maintained and cleaned twice a day. The resort needs to determine if it wants to be 2 or 3 star or a 4 star. You either have to lower your price or improve the rooms and breakfast.
