This unique boutique hotel was lovely in terms of layout, style and elegance. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast included was most adequate. The spa was extraordinarily great value for money, and I would highly recommend having a massage and facial, as it was truly a divine experience. The rooms were well appointed, and look just like the photos online. As it was very hot at the time of year we were there, the air con was greatly welcomed. The big minus for the hotel was the reception experience. On arrival there was general confusion about our booking, the ladies were in the backroom the whole time, and it was difficult to get input on what to do, or where to go. There just seemed constant confusion and a lack of energy at reception overall. There was a lack of local knowledge or guidance, and I expected some really great insights on local restaurants or adventures such as cooking schools etc, but it was not forthcoming. Just a minor thought, but the hotel clothing of the staff also missed a beat. Everyone was in tired looking grey polo shirts. A minor point, but for such a lovely hotel, I thought there could be something more fitting/traditional for the team to wear. Finally the old mercedes was a hoot. Loved being driven to the airport in it. Added to the adventure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. The exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. I'm back at this amazing Chiang Mai resort for the fourth time! When I'm in Chiang Mai, Anantara Resort is my number one pick for ”a place to stay”. No matter if I'm here on business or for fun, this place never disappoints. It's right on the Ping River. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and best of all, all rooms have amazing river views! Breakfast here is one of the best in town (in my opinion), and there's a variety of Western and Thai options. Their Lanna Omelet is so good. Try their signature Lanna omelet if you want a taste of fusion-style northern food. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway or a delightful business trip in Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Chiang Mai next time. Stella job!

Stayed another 2 times here, with the rellies. One night when we arrived from Bangkok, the other night when we were heading back to Bangkok. The first night when we went inside the room it seemed like it was full of mosquitoes, certainly plenty of them!! I went down to reception and asked for some insect spray, but the staff insisted that a maintenance person do the deed. He arrived, bent down under the lounge room bench and gave a quick spray, towards the floor!! When he stood up again I took the can and sprayed around the room and bathroom for him. We went out for dinner and when we came back all the pests had gone; Magic!! The second night was fine, for once. Just under 1,000 baht for the 2 nights, so getting cheaper too.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place in Chiang Mai. The thing that really makes this hotel magical is the friendly staff who took care of us and were always ready to help with anything. The property is spotless with gorgeous architecture, and beautiful wood carvings everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of site seeing. The old city was maybe a 5 minute Grab away and cost on average 70-90 Thai Bhat. Our room had great AC and a smart TV where we could log into Netflix. The staff even decorated the room with flower petals and towel swans which made our honeymoon perfect! We hope to return again on another trip and would recommend anyone to stay here to experience the best of Thai Hospitality.

It was an amazing stay - 2 night's. Room very clean, air condition was great, the garden around was absolutely gorgeous! The owner super nice and always happy. We could leave our luggage after stay until the flight in the evening. Also great base to walk to chiang mai. 20 by walk to center and 15 min walk to street food, mcd,.. I recommend for all.

What a hidden gem. I recommended a friend to stay overnight here. Have known this riverside hotel for long time, just got a chance to make it this Oct lol. Worth staying and if you are lucky, the owner occasionally host some arts exhibition as well. So, traveling while learning, why not?

Nice place. Got upgraded and was able to keep it through an extension of stay. Gave me a nice goodie bag upon arrival, although most stuff I could eat...(not Kosher). And on the day of my extension for two more days, the housekeeping staff gave me a nice plate of fruits...nice touch indeed. All in all a nice place. Clean, friendly staff and not a bad location especially for where I needed to be. Only issue I had, was the beds were on wheels and I couldn't get it to stop moving at times. Lol.

Spent 3 wonderful nights here as our base for a couple little day trips. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were firm, clean, and offered a good nights rest. The grounds are so nice and peaceful, a nice respite from a busy town. The pool was clean and clear and pretty large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant/bar is adjacent to the pool so everything was very convenient. The service was excellent and the staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. One can’t ask for more from a hotel stay. On a couple side notes, just outside the property to the left as you exit there is a small tailor shop (Mr. Armani) and next door is a little clothing shop selling typical thai pants that you see pretty much everywhere. Jasmine, The niece of Mr. Armani works at the small shop and is also a travel guide. Her English is perfect and she would be a great choice for a guide. A short walk up the street that is perpendicular to the street the hotel is on is a fantastic night market area. (exit the hotel to the left, then make the first right walk maybe 100 meters). Lots to see and more stalls than you can count. We found a small bar and could order food (we had Indian) in and have a cocktail. See the picture for the name. All things considered Yaang Come is perfect and located very well, close to everything you need!

Enthusiastic and kindness staff My booking was cancelled because of problem with my credit card, but hotel' staff help me to dissolve the situation. Finally I get my room and pay in cheapness.The Superior room are very clean. The location is not far from the Night bazaar shopping street and food shop. Only 5 minutes by walk.
