The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

Arriving here after a long travel day was like seeing an oasis, the large white gates and hotel staff greeted us - taking our bags and directing us where to sign in - all in a very quiet setting (the hotel is always quiet - very little outside noises and staff/guests are considerate of the peaceful atmosphere). Extremely clean, pool was relaxing and refreshing. The grounds was like walking amongst a museum with lighting at night. We had a suite for 4 of us - two master bedrooms joined by a large comfortable living room and a private covered deck where we spent much time reading, sleeping, catching up on our jet lagged bodies. The location is at the heart of many temples and in old city, foot rubs, places to eat, and a wonderful laundry lady across the street who had our clothes cleaner than we've ever had them in 24 hours. The restaurant was elegant, quiet, dinner was accompanied by local live music which was just the right volume. When we return, we will stay here again.

Saya tinggal di Old Town selama 5 hari Daftar masuk hari ini di Chala Nombor 6 Harganya serupa kemudahan! persekitaran! Lokasi geografinya agak berbeza! Inilah sebabnya; 1. Chala berada di lokasi yang lebih baik, dengan pelbagai perniagaan di luar pintu Walaupun Old Town juga berada di bandar lama, ia adalah 15-20 minit berjalan kaki dari restoran dan membeli-belah. 2. Harga adalah lebih kurang sama, tetapi keseluruhan persekitaran hotel di Chala adalah lebih baik! Notis! lebih baik! 3. Adakah bandar lama Cina yang berbeza? Apabila orang lain mendaftar masuk, mereka akan menerima santan alu-aluan! Saya tinggal di sana selama 5 malam dan bukan sekali. Ini tidak OK 4. Disebabkan hotel itu kecil dan bersebelahan dengan jirannya, bau kencing anjing di sebelahnya akan sampai ke tingkat dua Memang benar. . . . Kerana harganya lebih kurang sama Jadi saya sangat mengesyorkan No. 6. Saya harap layanan mereka tidak akan mengecewakan saya apabila saya pergi

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment recently and I must say that the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The decoration is stunning, with a unique style that I have never seen before. The staff were very attentive and even brought coconut water to my room shortly after check-in, which was a refreshing touch. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the availability of a juicer for fresh juices was a great addition that I appreciated. In the afternoon, there was a tea corner with a delightful selection of sweets and small cakes that were not only delicious but also presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that these treats were provided for free. Overall, I was very impressed by my stay and will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

Stayed another 2 times here, with the rellies. One night when we arrived from Bangkok, the other night when we were heading back to Bangkok. The first night when we went inside the room it seemed like it was full of mosquitoes, certainly plenty of them!! I went down to reception and asked for some insect spray, but the staff insisted that a maintenance person do the deed. He arrived, bent down under the lounge room bench and gave a quick spray, towards the floor!! When he stood up again I took the can and sprayed around the room and bathroom for him. We went out for dinner and when we came back all the pests had gone; Magic!! The second night was fine, for once. Just under 1,000 baht for the 2 nights, so getting cheaper too.

This year I had the pleasure of staying 5 nights in room 411 at the Le Naview @ Prasingh during SongKran. The stay was wonderful. Staff were very polite and helpful, including the staff in the restaurant (I think they might remember the farang drinking handful of Americano on ice at a time :-) ) The hotel has a swimming pool, which is more than nice in the tropical weather. The room was great: roomy, clean, cold (if you turn on the airco :-) ) We did enjoy the location of the hotel as well as many interesting destinations that are close by. All in all, a great hotel to stay, even for longer periods of time. Finally: I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent work and attitude.

Scappati da una guesthouse vicina perché orribile (nonostante avessimo già pagato) siamo capitati per caso in questo hotel. Devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letti singoli ma larghi dove si riposava benissimo, bagno sufficientemente grande con asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni. La colazione non era compresa, ma potevamo usufruire di Nescafe e biscottini... Poi in camera c'era il bollitore. Personale carinissimo. Insomma, siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

This hotel is really great. When you check in the hotel, the staff will welcome you with welcoming drink. The mini bar inside the room is free, and the room package also includes breakfast for 2. In case you have got a child to travel with you, the hotel will charge you 250 baht per day for the child's breakfast. Also, there are complimentary afternoon tea and 10 minutes of free massage everyday. The room is clean and big. However, my balcony is facing the facade of a building with no view. The view may be better in building A than building B. Also, the design of the bathtub is problematic, the water always leaks to the floor when you takes shower. All in all, the facilities in this hotel is quite good and they have got friendly staff. Don't forget to try out dinner in the hotel. It won't disappoint you.

Ok, so first the good stuff. The hotel is pretty clean, beds comfortable and good coffee in the bar area. Sadly the bad outweighs the good. Whilst they do have signs warning you of low stairways - these are only visible on the way down and easily forgotten when you return from exploring Chiangmai. I hurt myself quite seriously on 2 occasions forgetting when you step up to bow your head... and I am talking ridiculously LOW here! Our room had a tiny frosted glass window through which some light might get in in the morning. If you have ever travelled in the inside cabin on a cruise ship ... expect the same boxed in feeling at Namton Boutique Hotel. My sister, who stayed 2 nights at the hotel with us, had to ask to be moved due to massive noise coming from the staff/kitchen area. We also were bothered a lot by noise from what sounded like partially blocked shower drains in rooms next to us. Wifi was ok, lagged occasionally. Staff were ok, but seldom greeted you. For what we paid and where it's located, I am not unhappy, but you can do better!

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom supplied with complimentary shampoo and body washes. The surrounding area was very peaceful, with local grocery shops, massage places and restaurants close by. Breakfast was provided and we were provided with a selection of coffees, toast, bananas, and fruit flavoured juices free of charge. We would recommend Wing boutique hotel for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Chiangmai. We would definitely stay here again!
