I can really recommend Chaydol Resort! The Lady is very friendly and help you with everything she can.

This is our second time at this small resort hotel. It was nice as before, clean, friendly and good quality services.

Personale molto disponibile, gentile e sorridente. Nella nostra stanza, di notte, so udiva un suono molto strano e inquietante. Ci abbiamo messo una notte intera per capire, anche perché non riuscivamo a dormire senza sapere di cosa si trattasse. Stavamo ipotizzando su qualche specie di battaglia o cicala, mentre per fortuna si è rilevato un simpaticissimo geco. La struttura ha passato tempi migliori. La colazione è molto spartana ma a quel prezzo non si può pretendere di più. La stanza era pulita ma si sente molto o meglio tutto, dalle stanze confinanti. Appena sorge il sole la stanza si illumina di conseguenza. Le tende non sono oscuranti.

เป็นโรงแรมเล็กน่ารักอีกแห่งหนึ่งที่สะอาดดีเลย แต่งงทางนิดหน่อย แต่ค่อนข้างชอบเลยค่ะ พนักงานน่ารักค่ะ โดยรวมแล้วดีค่ะเป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมถ้ามีโอาสจะไปซ้ำอีกแน่นอน

The host was very kind and helpful. The host was fluent in English. The room was nice and we had hot water. Our one complaint like we have for number of places in South East Asia is the fact that the beds were hard and not comfortable for sleeping. Sleep is very important to us so that is an issue.

Located just outside the town centre, so away from the main activity but handy for getting in and out (on foot or bicycle or by grab). Clean comfortable room with a plunge (rather than swimming) pool. Great breakfast - Thai or European. Great for the three stop over we had.

The staff was extremely nice! The room was in very good condition and everything was above my expectations. In my specific room, the hot water never really got hot, but was warm and that was probably the only downside but overall great experience.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was very happy. Som at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming at check in and helped us out with our many questions about what to do in Chiang Rai and offered some great tips. The room was great considering the price we paid and had a coffee maker and a fridge that had 2 free bottled waters in it. Room was very clean also. Hot water in the shower!! No complaints. Breakfast was served in an upstairs area with a nice view. Would have liked a few more choices, but what was available was sufficient. The chef in the breakfast room was kind enough to make us his fried rice when it wasn't on the menu that morning. Much appreciated. Getting into the center of Chiang Rai was easy from this hotel. We had rented a motorbike and the 2.4km trip was quick and very easy. Would stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Rai.
