Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Chiayi

We stay at this hotel instead of Alishan hotel as we get to experience JiaYi. In general . hotel is good except the color used in the hotel room is dark and feel a bit down. The breadfast at the hotel is good especially we need to wear glove to take our food , it was a good practice for COVIS period. We feel safe at this hotel.

工作人員都很好，遇到問題都很幫忙。非常讚！隔音都還好，只要旁邊沒有人喧嚷的話都不會太吵。就是衛生間最不滿意。第一天洗澡水不熱，第二天就燙到根本不能碰。打開到所謂的冷水是溫度60度以上的熱水。只能用毛巾濕水擦身體就算了。總結以上。

Saya fikir saya boleh berehat dan tidur, tetapi saya terkejut apabila saya masuk ke dalam bilik. Bilik empat orang itu besar dan bilik airnya sangat bersih kena risau lapar sangat dekat tempat menarik lain kali

First I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too? Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything?? This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover. The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter. We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

入住不錯的三人房，簡單幹凈，但房間位置比較近路邊，夜間偶有飆速的車輛經過，住宿地點離文化夜市約15分鐘，走走逛逛，近火車站，地點市區飲食都方便，是不錯住宿地方，有健身房，可以運動，停車空間有限，早到早停，是住嘉義市不錯選擇。早餐是套餐，簡單的飲料、水果及沙拉。

The hostel has a good location near the train station and bus to Alishan. Breakfast is very basic but an option or street food and a 7-11 aren’t far away. Female dorm is incredibly small for a six bed. And next to no storage so your luggage and is literally everywhere in the room with the junk already in the room. En-suite bath is an option but it’s also small and the shower section is almost on top of the sink and toilet. AC is modest in the room but helps as the entire hostel is hot and humid all day and night. Beds are semi comfortable but have privacy curtains which were nice. WiFi is solid in the hostel as well. Despite the hot temps and painfully small rooms, I don’t feel like the hostel took much of any precautions around the COVID-19 virus. Hostel wasn’t really cleaned or disinfected, no real soap outside of the main kitchen sink, only one small bottle of sanitizer for people to spray their hands. And only one staff member wore masks. At every other hostel I’ve stayed at in Taiwan do significantly more to make guests feel comfortable during this challenging time. The hostel is a very good value but I wouldn’t recommend it or return. The lack of precautions with the virus and the cramped hot rooms with no storage are three strikes and you’re out for me

酒店房間有特色。地點新王家牛雜店，只有5分鐘路程。洗手間枱面太少，也沒有掛毛巾、或放衣服的地方。床好舒服，只是隔音不太好，但房內有溫馨提示，若有燥音可致電服務員。
