Hotel Hot Springs di Yunnan, China

Very friendly service, even though our villa is away from the main resort area, the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We didn't manage to use the hot spring as the weather was too hot. Only problem was the stairs are a bit narrow for moving our luggage to the rooms. But rooms are nice and comfy.

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

The hotel location is within the ancient town, with a slight walk from the main ancient town which is good so that you don’t hear the noise from the clubs/ pubs. The room is big enough for 2 big luggages to be opened. The view is really pretty from the breakfast place. The room is a bit dated, but good enough especially for the price. There is also heater in both the main room and also the toilet, so winter is much more comfortable. They also provide free photography service for people who stays with them. 5 free digital pictures, but that’s also a ‘bait’ to buy more photos. There is no pressure into buying the photos. So that’s really great. The photography service is really good, so we ended up buying all the edited photos. The only down side is the renovation of the building next to the hotel, the noise from the Reno starts from 8am ish to 6.30pm. So it doesn’t affect our sleep which is good.

Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

陪同父母出遊 預訂的時候別墅私湯房型衹剩一間了，所以自己定了高級大床房，父母的是別墅獨立私湯房型，到達酒店後才被告知是同一個集團的兩家酒店，需要分開辦理入住，而且兩個酒店離得不算近需要電瓶車接送。所以弄得非常不方便。為什麼預訂頁面不寫清楚呢？早知道是兩家酒店就不訂了。 另外別墅區花築麗泉酒店前台態度不友好，我送父母過去check in，問什麼問題前台都語氣帶着嘲諷，我見他們還有鐘點房就問能不能幫我房間換過來我補差價，結果前台讓我自己去攜程退訂再重新下單，所以我想請問什麼都攜程辦理你們前台有什麼存在的必要。並且在溝通過程中前台一直反覆強調房間最多入住兩人，好像我要蹭住一樣。 這樣一來完全破壞了我度假的心情，温泉也沒心情去好好泡。 不過際州柏麗酒店這邊的前台、禮賓、司機態度都很好很熱情應該表揚

I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious with high-quality furniture and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view — I could see Golden Cap mountain during sunrise from my bed, which was truly special. The hospitality was outstanding, with warm, personalised service that made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable stay. Staffs help to arrange airport and train station transfers, and book rides to every places i want to visit, even fetched me back from nearby town with their own car at night because it's too cold to walk during winter night. Truly appreciate it.

告莊，晝夜判若兩城，衹有在晚間才會發現它的真實！悠揚的葫蘆絲、曼妙的凡婻諾、綿延的霓虹、異域的傣迪、熱鬧的趕擺街。因不喜民宿，所以住宿衹選湄公河景瀾酒店。兩年前來過一次告莊，也住景瀾。設施、地理位置、景觀、服務都是上選。此次再來告莊玩，景瀾還是必選！房間內飾、床架甚至外牆等都保養到位。説明酒店運作理想，也將資金用於酒店維護，形成良性循環。這次在告莊停留4天，暫定了兩天江景行政雙床房。到前台辦入住，小姐姐小菊熱情接待，並幫忙安排調度我們需要的高樓層房間。得知更高樓層有內銷套房時（房源低於5間，景觀位置更好，不在平台銷售），小菊也主動開房卡讓我們上樓打樣。經過商議，小菊在自己權限下給出相當實惠的價格。後，果斷再定兩天內銷套房。非常感謝小菊幫忙！ 這次假期不長，沒法停留到傣歷新年潑水節，等有時間一定過來體驗三天的潑水節狂歡！

設施：建築設施富有民族特色，大氣，是我很喜歡的風格。 衞生：衞生很乾凈，房間衞生也是乾乾淨淨香香的，床上用品也好睡，睡着安心。 環境：環境超級好，空氣好，走到哪裡都是香香的，看着乾乾淨淨的。 服務：前台的服務人員很熱心，服務人員和藹，給人的感覺就很温馨。 公共温泉泡浴:公共浴池的也具有獨特性，泡池的水也很乾凈，泡着舒服。 私湯温泉泡浴【90分鐘】:這個就更不用説了，很巴士安逸，還有各種葯浴。一家人在裏面泡着別提多舒服了，也好泡。

選擇這家最重要的是樓頂的泳池是恆温的温泉！入水後發現水温非常舒適！很適合小朋友游泳不用擔心會着涼的問題 露台可以看見絕美夕陽 忍不住多拍了幾張！原相機出圖 根本不需要修 直接可以發朋友圈  因為帶着孩子來的 所以特意選擇的loft 這家樓下上樓下的床都很寬大～ 而且樓上的屋子裡還有一個大大的浴缸～ 兩個洗手間！很方便一家人 管家相應速度特別的快！我們這是來版納的第四天了～前幾天一直住的五星級的酒店～這麼對比一點落差感都沒有 這家晚上逛告莊還可以讓管家來接！相應速度也很快，開車來的管家也幫忙停到了地庫 早點種類超級豐富 現煮的米線超級好吃！應接不暇的選擇挑花眼了～ 在江邊看晚霞 這才是度假的感覺～～～

My review au seem low but there are reasons. The good: The front desk staff and those in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed dealing with them. The pool is great, albeit a little cold in warmer weather it must be fantastic. The bar drink prices are very expensive for China. They are high European prices. Downstairs however is a nice bar with great staff and better prices. The room is GREAT. Absolutely great. The bad: Finding the hotel is a NIGHTMARE. They seem to have 2 different names or something - it’s next to the shop in a sort of tunnel entrance with lighting so dim you *will* walk into the automatic door your first time. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. They need to put 25% more effort into improving the shower area and also overall monthtly cleaning being more thorough. Should you stay here? If it’s in your budget I would recommend it yes.
