Hotel Perniagaan di Chiba

Glad we stayed here— one of the best upscale hotels in Chiba. It’s very accessible, well situated in the city center and you can do almost anything aprons the area. The best thing— the Japanese buffet style breakfast! Very healthy and reasonable. We’ll surely stay here again. ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

立地は最高で、ロビーは天井も高く開放的。お部屋も広く駐車場も無料ですが、お風呂が詰まりやすく、水の排水が悪いのでお風呂に入りにくい。ベットのマットレスはまあまあですが枕がぺったんこで良くない。朝食ブッフェもたいして良くはないと思った。気になったのが、従業員がお客と共にブッフェのサラダや飲み物をとっていて、従業員もお客と同じブッフェで朝食をとるのはちょっと他では見ない光景で驚いた。普通、客がブッフェ使用しているときに従業員もお客に混じって料理をとりますか？ フロント係は普通に感じが良いのに、朝食の従業員が非常識でかなり引きました。部屋は広いが枕の質、お風呂場の排水の悪さ、朝食会場の年配女性従業員の非常識な態度で幻滅。リピートはなし。

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

日本遊最後一天的酒店，就為了走之前再看看海。酒店有洗衣機，製冰機，兩點以後的免費飲料，還有非常好吃的冷飲售賣機，加分。另外日本行博物館去多了空調吹的渾身冰涼，泡個酒店三樓的温泉感覺整個人都舒服了，繼續加分。照片是正午陽光照在床頭的枕頭和被子上，突然有點感動，拍照留念。 缺點還是要提下，房間略有味道，給味覺敏感者參考。

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

立地面も駅から近くとてもわかりやすかったです。 少し乾燥している日でしたが空気清浄機もあったので全く問題なかったです。とてもコスパが良い宿泊ができました。

Place was clean and conveniently located near the station, supermarket and restaurants. Staff could also communicate in English, a big help to foreign guests who can’t speak Japanese.
