Hotel is conveniently located, close to everything, just off Michigan Ave. Room was nice. Our heat wasn't working and the person who came to repair it was great, very friendly and efficient, ended up replacing the unit. Breakfast was really good, hot and cold options. We would stay here again!

Solid base on the Mag Mile. Windows open, free streaming of HBO Max (no account needed) and plenty of snacks and drinks 24/7 in the lobby commissary. Hotel was impeccably clean and very quiet when we stayed. One of the best deals in town, will definitely be back.

This hotel located in the heart if the downtown gives an easy access to various attractions in the area like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, River walk, and a stroll around the magnificent architectures around. Room was clean, and breakfast was decent. Overall, a great stay.

The location is perfect to walk around Chicago downtown area. Breakfast is good as well. But fitness center is a bit small.

Very good location. It’s five minutes by foot to Michigan Avenue (Nike Chicago). Standard American breakfast. The room is small (king size bed).., but comfortable. No troubles with the elevators.., they were working very well. I recommend.., and I would stay again for sure..!

Excellent! Great location! Plenty of breakfast options. The housekeeping staff were very friendly; on the second day of my two-night stay, they even came to help clean, change toilet paper, and make the bed. I thought the service was excellent, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Chicago.
