Great Location..! Close to Michigan Avenue (Stores). Very good breakfast.. Comfortable bed and pillows. I really recommend..!

在芝加哥市中心，房間沒有靠街，看不到夜景，女兒有點失望。房間內個人喜歡。27平，感覺挺大挺温馨。早餐也不錯。附近很多公交。離景點也不遠。總體滿意。值得推薦。

No microwave in the room. Valet was not very good - told me to go get my car myself... Kind of outdated and room had a old cracked building wall as a view.

This hotel was amazing!! The free breakfast was super good with a good variety. I think the best part of the hotel was the staff, they were all over the top nice and not fake nice they were just all great people!! Definitely staying here again next time I come to Chicago

The staff was amazing at check in and cleaning staff was very friendly. We were surprised to find used bars of soap left to wash our hands only. However, we had an emergency leading to my wife hospitalization and we left over 24hours early and they wouldn’t do anything for us. Even a small partial credit or discount. Nothing. Big businesses should support the people who support them.

No room service, front desk at check out was busy singing, coffee pot in room did not work and refrigerator in room made noise most of the night. I can say that breakfast was very stocked and the lady there was very helpful. A gentleman did offer to help with bags. I am not sure if he was a bell person I don’t remember seeing a name badge.

My fiancé had surgery at Northwestern next door. This hotel was extremely convenient and affordable. It was a very short walk to the hospital and I appreciated that. However, I would recommend requesting a room that does not face the alley. I have never heard such a noisy alley in any of my travels. The trucks and garbage pick up was nonstop. It was incredibly loud, and even happened at 10pm, 4am, etc. I'm sure the other rooms are nice and provide a better experience.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Chicago and I would like to say that the rooms were quite spacious, and the location is between Michigan Avenue and the Navy pier which is considered walkable depending on your preference. The only issue is that a Hotel is next to the Emergency department if you’re a light sleeper you will hear the ambulance very frequently day in and day out at least they offer a complementary breakfast.

Was there for a week as my wife was a patient in the nearby Northwestern Hospital. Staff was very kind, and assisted me in extending my stay a couple of days when I needed to. Bed was a little rough on my back but that may have been me as I'm an oversized guy. Parking is Chicago parking, so never cheap but they were right there w valet if you wanted it or you could self park if you wanted but without in/out privileges - read up on the details before going. I did so this was no surprise to me. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with many options and ran 6-10 which is very flexible. Housekeeping was outstanding and earned every tip I left and then some.
