Ulasan Mercure Sydney

Location location location ! We were so glad about the decision for the location! Perfect for exploring the surrounding! The hotel is very quite basic as a city hotel. Decent stay, breakfast is normal, nothing to shout out loud. 🙂

I recently stayed at Mercure Sydney and had a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for travelers, as it’s right beside Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city or catch a train to the airport. The price was also highly affordable, offering excellent value for such a central and accessible spot. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, if you’re looking for convenience and affordability in Sydney, Mercure Sydney is a fantastic choice. I’d happily stay again!

Walking distance to the Central Station with eateries around…MacDonald 24hr is just opposite. There is bus stop outside the hotel..Room is spacious..The only drawback is only u will need to get your room slippers from the front desk and there is no free bottled water daily.

Awesome location, booked for my colleague and they had a wonderful stay. Near to all amenities and great food!

The room is very cozy and just right next the Central station, very convenient and there are restaurants just a minute away from the hotel. Very great.

The pool was underwhelming in size of the hotel. It was difficult to relax with the number of children enjoying themselves and having a good time. The location adjacent to central station allows for seamless trips into the city. Overall, I would recommend the Mercure as a “pit stop” while enjoying the city of Sydney. cleanliness - moving bugs were detected twice - on bed and towel… despite request for room cleaning every day room size - very small and there is barely any space for luggages customer support - slow response from receptionist, there was an incident of faulty safety box and we waited for more than 40 minutes before the engineer came to repair toiletries are only provided upon request and long wait

Hotel Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel room is clean. Great location, not far from Sydney Opera House and shopping mallds. The hotel ammenities are very basic but thats all we need. Good value for money.

Great location right next to Central Station, so it's super convenient to get to the airport etc. Also right next to Chinatown and some tram stops to get around easily. Hotel room was comfortable, modern and clean. Would stay here again.

We stayed in Mercure Sydney for 4 nights in total. We were shocked to found out that the service of making up the room is so bad. The cups are not cleaned, towel and floor mate are not replaced. Even the bed arrangement is simply getting the blanket to cover up. Toilet paper also not replenished. It’s really the worst Accor hotel I have stayed or maybe fair to say the lowest standard hotel I have ever stayed for the last 20 years. I have uploaded some of the photos to share here so that you all can judge by yourself. The hotel staffs are helpful and nice though and that’s one of the plus point worth to mention. Service is good except the cleaning makes me feel like I am staying in AirBnB.

Good service and location. Easy to take bus and train. And easy to check-in and check out. The only problem is that it is difficult to connect the wireless networks. Maybe I did not use the right access number.

The hotel near main transportation stations. But air-condition is not strong enough. Buffet is good with different choices.

Awesome hotel with lots if restaurant nearby. There are also halal thai food across the hotel.
