Hotel Chongqing dengan Bar

Riverside Hostel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location by the river was perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

The location is fine for what I wanted. It is close to dozens of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants on and around Ziwei street. However, I’m not sure I’d choose it again. It’s a bit old and tired now. The rooms were once apartments; there is a small kitchen unit (no longer equipped). The worst thing was the disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. Even after 48 hours of open windows, it made no difference. The shower suddenly went freezing cold for a second or two approximately every minute (both mornings) and the utterly bizarre hard and sharp plastic spikes on the shower mat did not exactly improve the mood! The city view room is not worth paying for. It is a city view, but no landmarks. The traffic is noisy all night (especially with windows open due to cigarette smells)! As an internationally branded hotel, they need to do better in terms of stamping out smoking. I think I could have done better for the money and will seek to do so the next time I’m in Chongqing.

I took a while to locate the hotel as it was in a kind of a rundown shopping complex. The exterior of the building was not very welcoming. But when I entered the lobby on the 15th floor, I felt I was in a different world from what I witnessed a few minutes earlier. The hotel interior was like any good standard hotel. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast menu was wide and changes daily. Overall it was a good place to stay, forgoing the condition of the exterior building. It take about 8-10 minutes to the metro staion at the Guanyinqiao pedestrian street.

The services and facilities are extremely good. Got free refreshment in VIP guest lounge at level 28 from various time till 9.30pm. Even the mala steamboat buffet at level 1 offering very premium seafood selection. The location is very close to many major attractions. Is walking distance to Hongya Cave and Kuixing Building (22nd floor plaza).

The family suite was extremely spacious, enough for every member to have his/her own personal space. The first room I was allocated had some issues with the room lightings and the front desk staff agreed to allocate us another room instead. However, the hotel facilities (gym and pool) happened to be under renovation over the period of my stay, which was slightly disappointing. The room service could also be improved as I booked a stay for 3 pax and the toiletries/room amenities were prepared and replaced daily, but only for 2 pax, and we had to call in each day to request for an extra set. It would have been better if the hotel took note of our request the first time, and made a note to ensure sufficient toiletries for all 3 occupants per the booking, so that we did not have to call in with a daily request. But overall, the view from the hotel was great and the stay was comfortable. It was still a positive experience.

The location is unbeatable! You have the metro station right across the street of the building. The hostel itself is a bit hard to spot because it doesn’t have a sign and its inside of a building, but luckily staff when to the street to pick me up after my call. As for the room it had a nice view and it was comfortable. My only observation is that everything was a bit dusty.

Good stay from begining to the end. Very specious room with smart toilet and Dyson Hairdryer! Perfect for kids and family to walk around the lake or take a stroll by the lake or surrounding mountain. Food was very nice we had dinner in the Spanish Restaurant and the food was really authentic. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Saya datang ke Chongqing selama beberapa hari semasa Festival Qingming pada tahun 2024. Walaupun hotel ini lama, biliknya bersih, tidak bising, ruang cukup besar, dan lokasinya bagus. Juga untuk pujian, saya meninggalkan barang-barang saya di hotel. Mandy rakan sekelas saya di meja depan, selepas membantu saya mencari barang-barang, membantu saya mengemas dan menghantarnya dalam masa 20 minit saya ingin mengucapkan pujian👍. Tolong beri *****ran kepada guru kelas mengikut kesesuaian, haha. Di Chongqing dan sekitarnya, semuanya lebih baik, pemandangannya bagus, hotelnya bagus, orangnya baik, periuk panasnya sedap (memang pedas sikit), semuanya betul-betul.

Our experience here was amazing 😍. The rooms were really big, comfortable and clean. The area just down the hotel had everything you will ever need, coffee places, hotpot restaurant, shopping area...etc. The staff was extra helpful, specially 洛洛, even though she couldn't speak English very well she went to the trouble of exchanging the WeChat to be able to translate and comunicate better. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. There is metro line very close to the hotel that will take you direct line to the city center and other turistic areas.
