Hotel Dengan Pools di Constanta, Romania

The room was amazing, the view was great and so was the cleanliness of the entire property, not just my room. On the downside though, we had a huge 2 hour delay with our check-i because our room was not ready (checked in at 17:00 instead of the guaranteed 15:00). Moreover, during one of the evenings we decided to order room service, which would not answer the phone, and when we called the front desk they said they can collect our order. After one hour and a half of waiting, we call the front desk again, asking how much longer until our food arrives, and they said soon. 20 minutes or so passed, my partner went to the reception to ask about our food order, to which he found out that the reception has never sent our order. Though, the employee's were very nice and had a smile on their faces when interacting with them!

A pleasant trip, an unforgettable experience, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, clean and comfortable hotel; however, a late-night party at the restaurant downstairs severely disrupted my rest, and the staff did nothing about it.

I booked the hotel for someone and he was more than satisfied. I would recommend it

Convenient with good parking. Great view. Within walking distance of beach and restaurants.
