Hotel receptionist staff were great and spoke english decently. They Helped to recommend great foods nearby to eat and also informed us about certain nearby food stalls that preyed on tourists and sold unclean fruits. Room was splendid for the price paid and there was room service everyday as well. Location was great as well with several touristy spots such as jiefangbei, hongyadong and the cloud eye observatory all being nearby. Overall i would stay in this room again and definitely recommend this to any tourists planning on travelling to chongqing in the future.

Upon arrival, it was a bit confusing to figure out where to go. The ground-floor lobby reception called the hotel’s main reception on the 4th floor, and a staff member promptly came down to escort us upstairs for check-in. The check-in room was small and busy with new arrivals, but the staff handled everything efficiently and made sure we were taken care of. They were very helpful in giving directions and communicated with us through WeChat. (Be sure to install WeChat before arriving in China, as many vendors and hotels use it to communicate.) Our room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was surprisingly tight—even for one person. The kitchen area was also misleading based on the photos: there were no dishes, cookware, or utensils, the stove didn’t work, and there was no refrigerator. We learned this was due to fire safety restrictions, so the only usable appliance was the electric kettle. The dual washer/dryer was convenient, though. The bathroom’s location felt awkward, as it was situated in an enclosed “outdoor” area near the washer/dryer instead of being directly accessible from the main bedroom. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed going across the street to the Westin Hotel for their breakfast buffet and for afternoon coffee breaks on the 31st floor, which offered comfortable seating and amazing city views. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, and staff.

Great place to stay. Ideal location, close to jingfei pedestrian walk, liberty monument and next to people's park. For the price you paid, this is an excellent value for money. Most importantly they use quality stuff...mattress is premium quality and the quality of their sanitary ware such as basin, taps, showers and w.c. , it is of American Standard brand. Oh , and the reception service is great, very hospitable and accomodative

Location is great. U can walk to most of the POI. Home stay is quite spacious and the bed are comfortable. The host is very attentive, they reply in just a second. They even recommended the local food which taste really great. Highly recommended!

Great service from all the staff. They add you on wechat so if you have questions, the team can get you answers straight away. The rooms were clean and location is central and walkable distance to hongyan cave, pedesterian street and cable cars. The only downside is if you want to catch a taxi ride to places to south side or to the airport and train station, there is always congestion around the area.
