Everything about this hotel was perfect! We went as a group of 12 people and it went smoothly with friendly staffs and cleaners! Hospitality was top tier with a welcome dessert and goes the extra mile to help us! Love the rooms as it was spacious! Definitely recommend this hotel for all who's going to Chong Qing 💗

Nice hotel in very good location. You have also a nice view to the red bridge and the river, especially at night. Service is in line with international standard. The breakfast is full of western and Chinese food. Corning and front desk very good.

We had a great time at the C Plaza Hotel in Chongqing. The view from our room was absolutely fabulous. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was rich and had a lot of variety. The service was attentive and extremely helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Excellent and friendly service throughout our entire stay. They were very accommodating to our requests and were even able to upgrade us to a higher floor room with river view! Room service good, representative of local cuisine. The location is close to a rail stop and short distance from most tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this spot for your visit to Chongqing!

The best hotel we ever stayed in. We my kids and folks. We love the hotel location. Away from the buzzing attractions street. And most importantly, it's a hotel on its own. Otherwise, Compared to other hotels within the attractions like the jiefangbei area. Which is too busy and less secure. It's not far to travel from the hotel to these attractions by car or walking to the nearest train station. Which Can get you to anyway. And of course the cheaper option. Looking forward to our next Chongqing trip and will be back to this hotel. We love Chongqing.

The service in the hotel is quite nice, the front desk ladies and gentlemen are willing to help solve the issue and try to serve you better. The environment in the room is also good, the dyson hair dryer is provided at my room.

I would say just book it. An excellent stay with super helpful staff. They go an extra mile to help you sort your problems as a foreigner. I had absolutely no complaints with this hotel. I was sceptical about the location initially but then it's still well located. Happy staying!

When we first arrived at the hotel in Chongqing, we could tell it was going to be a good experience. It was one of the hotels we stayed at during our trip and it really stood out because of its good price, nice location, being very clean, and having great service. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly. The people who welcomed us, the ones who helped us check in quickly, and the people who cleaned our room made us feel very special. They were all very kind and paid attention to the little things, which made our stay very nice. We really enjoyed the food from room service too. There were many tasty choices that were more delicious than we expected. Eating these meals made our time at the hotel even better. Our room was high up and had an amazing view of Chongqing. This made our stay even more special. We chose a room for smokers, but the air in our room was still fresh because the air system worked really well. The hotel was in a great place for getting around the city. There was a metro station close by which was very handy. For those visiting, we suggest using Didi for getting around because it's cheap and taxis find it easy to get to the hotel. The hotel looked really nice too, including the lobby and all the areas we saw. Breakfast was incredible, with lots of different foods from both Western and Eastern styles. It was great to have so many choices. Also, it was helpful that some of the hotel staff could speak English, which we didn't find everywhere. They even had robots helping out, which was really cool and modern. This hotel in Chongqing had lots of great points like excellent service and cleanliness. It's a really good choice in Chongqing for anyone looking for a place that offers a good deal, great service, cleanliness, and a convenient location. We're very thankful to everyone there for making our visit a good one, and we would happily stay there again.

Awesome staff support. Clean and fantastic breakfast. Location is in between two main areas of Chongqing.

Weird that was not possible to change Temperature in aircon. So room hot all the time. For what I saw I think there are better options nearby.

The service of this hotel impressed me even they are not a 'famous' chain hotel. I rarely meet a real good service in a hotel of 5-star in China but this one owns only 4-star. The location is perfect in a walking distance we can go to hongyadong etc. I will come again.
