Ulasan Tianqing River View Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei hongyadong)

We felt superwelcome at this hotel. We were greeted warmly at the lift and was given an upgrade to a room with a better view. The staff also gave us 2 delicious cartons of yoghurt in the evening. The views from the rooms were fabulous, and the hotel was right in the center of the city. It's within walking distance to many tourist sites.

This location is the best location I’ve booked so far. The hotel lays in the center of everything you need to see, has an amazing view from 34 floors high and they have an laundry service for free where they will pick up and bring your clothes.  Downstairs the hotel is a supermarket and also a lot of restaurants. It’s a 5-10 min walking distance to clothing stores etc. The metro line is literally next to the building which is also super convenient.

The service at this establishment is truly beyond excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to cater to every need. The butlers, in particular, were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of experiencing two different rooms during my stay—a larger room for two nights and a smaller one for the final night. Both rooms were nothing short of outstanding. The spacious layout of the larger room was perfect for unwinding in luxury, while the smaller room still offered the same impeccable standard of comfort and amenities. A highlight for me was that both rooms came with a beautiful bathtub, adding a touch of indulgence to the experience. The views from the rooms were absolutely exceptional, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that enhanced the overall stay. Additionally, the thoughtful touch of providing snacks and a yogurt drink as a welcome gift was greatly appreciated—everything was fresh, tasty, and delightful. The cons is lift x 2 that only serve 31 to 47 floors. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated. The building is perfectly situated, with easy access to Raffles City and the nearby pier, both of which are within walking distance. This made exploring the surrounding area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. I also requested an extension during my stay, and the process was handled smoothly and efficiently, reflecting the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction. In summary, this was an extraordinary experience. From the outstanding service to the luxurious rooms, breathtaking views, and unbeatable location, everything was top-notch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable stay.

The stay was really good. We stayed 4 nights, and the hotel offered us a free laundry. The counter manager was super nice to help us ordered food from meituan. And they even offered us an extension for another 6 hours for the room with a special price. The stay included 2 tickets to the top 67th floor to view the whole city. It was a great stay here. Will recommend to friends.

My family love it. They provide free laundry services including drying. They will do the laundry for you, very convenient. Very near to metro station can just walk to most of the attractions. The building just right beside the famous cableway

A couple stay in Chongqing for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is great, nearby to shopping and food. The receptionists were also very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful surprise by the hotel to decorate the room for our anniversary. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was large and spacious. View from the room is awesome. The hotel is just beside the mrt stn (小什字) Exit5A. From the hotel, you can basically walk to several places of interest without the need to take the mrt or taxi. There is also many eatery and convenience store around. The downside is the room is rather old, the toilet is very cramp and there is only 1 door for the bathroom and toilet. Meaning, you can only close either the bathroom or toilet at 1 time.

Hotel is just next door to the Metro station. Very convenient. Easily accessible to Raffles City, Shibati, Liziba, Eling Park etc. Eataries at every corner. If u want convenience, you can choose this hotel. Staff are friendly as well.

We enjoyed our hotel stay very much. The place is very near to the places of attractions that we planned and visited, and is a walking distance to numerous eateries and shops. It is a 2- minute walk to the interchange station of two light rail lines. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfy. Rested very well during the two nights we stayed. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures we saw on the website when we booked the rooms. The rooms were spacious, and the views, being on the 34th floor, were fantastic. We could see the Yangtze River and the city where there are many bright and colorful light displays on the bridges, the boats that cruised along, as well as the many buildings. Over the few days we stayed, we were attended to by various staff at the front desk. All of them were cheerful, very attentive, and helpful. They made our stay so pleasant. Overall, it was a very good value for money.

It was an excellent experience to stay in Tianqing. The hotel is located just right beside the subway station (小什字）which is very convenient for people who have never visited Chongqing before. And I want to thank the reception staff, Miss Shen(申）for providing a wonderful service to us. Even though we checked-in at midnight, she was very patient to answer our questions and guide us through how to use the online payment. She was delighted throughout the entire journey in Tianqing.

The receptionist service very good, location was convenient. But the toilet and bath room is share door. As I go with 2 friends, so while 1 person shower, no others can use toilet because without door. 😀 Overall are acceptable.

Hotel location is just next door to Subway station. Very convenient to go everywhere during my trip. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Good service and very friendly staff. Thank you

Very convenient location. Nearby and walkable distance to hongyadong, kuixing building and chao tian men. Lots of local restaurant, street vendor and mala restaurant nearby too. There will be a number of lifts in the international building but remember to take lift 8 & 9 inside the building. Hotel room is clean, service staff is polite and helpful too. Overall very good experience (: Will book again if I come to chong ching again.

I would absolutely recommend to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The sunrise and night view from the room is amazing. Location is perfect as well
