Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, well-lit, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent too – I slept soundly all night long. The thoughtful details really stood out, and all the facilities were in great working order. The location is super convenient for getting around, and overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose Lavande Hotel again for my next trip, truly recommend it! 🌟

Just stayed for a night as we landed in CQ past midnight. Can’t arrange for the free pickup ahead of time. They asked to contact them only after we landed. So make sure you have data to contact them otherwise it’s hard to arrange for the pick up. Waited quite awhile (ard 30 mins in the cold) before the free shuttle arrived. The room was very cold and we didn’t bother to contact the reception as it’s very late and we just want to rest for the night and check out next day for our next hotel in Jiefangbei.

Every time I travel for work, I stay at Lavande Hotel. The environment is great, the facilities are smart, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge, air purifier, and shower music. I particularly love the chaise lounge next to the large floor-to-ceiling window. The breakfast is also plentiful, and most importantly, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

This is my first ever negative review, but the hygiene standards at a chain hotel like this were simply beyond words. The hotel's elevators were small and stuffy. The hallways reeked of damp and mold, and in my room, the bathroom floor drain emitted a truly nauseating stench. The AC unit was incredibly loud, and bizarrely, the airflow seemed to come from under the bed. There was virtually no soundproofing whatsoever; constant door slamming in the hallway and engine noise from the street meant I didn't get a wink of sleep all night. The absolute worst part? There were what looked like spray-pattern bloodstains on the wall. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words – it was simply dreadful.

Overall, the room was satisfactory, and the staff were quite friendly. However, the breakfast was genuinely mediocre; I was truly shocked that the hotel's breakfast quality didn't live up to the room rate. Moreover, all the showerheads in the room were broken. This really tarnishes Laifeng's brand image.

Excellent location if you have early morning flight to catch. Hotel provides free airport transfer as early as 5am in the morning. Only 10 mins away from the airport. Room is clean and large. There are plenty of eateries and grocery shops nearby
