Ulasan Freely Smart Riverview Hotel (Chongqing Jiangbeizui Financial City Store)

Haii everyone. Im from Indonesia and i want to let all foreigners to know. That while i stay in this place is really beautiful and the place is so strategic the opposite of this place is mall and alot of food court and near to MRT. Especially their service is really good they are so helpfull and so polite.

The staff of this hotel was some what accommodating to my request for non smoking room by switching my room to a different one next door but i’m not quite sure they understand what a non smoking room is. Both rooms have cigarette smell that is especially strong in the bathroom with urine smell. it seems like china’s indoor smoking policy is not strict as customers were smoking inside the lobby. the walls and floor are in poor condition with scratches and dusts. I’m not sure why this hotel has a high rating because the infrastructure is poor showing that the work was sloppy and unprofessional. I have a feeling that this is not an actual hotel but rather someone rented out floors of a building and renovated to be a hotel.

Hotel Lobby was a bit hidden and not so clear signs. Room was super nice with great views, I think we got an upgrade on top. Communication with front desk was done via wechat and translator, very helpful both girls. A bit of basic English would be ideal though. Only downside was that the room door is not reaching the floor, so there is a gap where light and noises go through. All in all, would come again.

Cleanliness and hotel staff are excellent, the laundry services are free. Great location, lots of restaurants, live music bars.. .

Need to pay attention for booking long stay, I thought I get what the price I see would be by the day, but is actually higher for longer stay. It was afterwards then I realized I overpaid. Should have booked 2 days and 3 days separately and save me $30. Also, 2 of 5 nights, I had lack of hot water. But, overall the hotel room is good updated modern room, smart device, lighting and toilet. The hotel expected to take a photo of you for security or whatever reasons. I found that invading my privacy because no hotels ever ask me that. After I disagree and complaint that the hotel did not mention this requirement prior me booking. They decided to waived me. I think the hotel need to fix their pricing strategy, it should be discount for longer stay. But it wasn’t the case.

Very clean and modern hotel, relatively close to the subway, Raffle City and Hongya Cave. Check in was smooth and coffee and amenities is available 24/7 in the lobby. It’s a “smart” hotel meaning they have a smart speaker to control the room. The only downside is that the smart speaker uses “Xiaodu” so for any of my English speaking friends, she can’t understand any of your commands 😅 you’re better off manually pressing the buttons.

Too expensive and the view is not good enough to sell at this price. 60£per night ？？ and no services. Would have better experience in other hotel if for this price.

This hotel was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room and the wide floor plan. The bathtub was also a nice addition.

比較滿意的一次入住體驗，大廳很寬敞，舒適，景色也很好，大廳這邊還提供下午茶可以食用，給我安排的房間景色也是不錯的，可以看到洪崖洞，酒店的地理位置位於市中心樓下打車公交地鐵都比較方便，這次是過來出差的剛好離辦公的地方很近，前台這邊服務也是非常好的，下雨天還提醒我需不需要帶傘，非常適合出差和旅遊的人士[強][強][強][強]期待下次入住呢！！！！！

整體還行吧，價格不算死貴，主要是地理位置很可，離地鐵劉家莊很近。晚上可以俯瞰洪崖洞，離江很近。 設施：設施很好，智能馬桶，設施齊全，水流也很大。 衞生：衞生就不太好了，很多灰，前邊顧客還留了頭髮。 環境：環境還不錯。 服務：服務還行。下午茶不要做太大期待，水果很多很壞了，甜品也不好吃。咖啡一般。
