The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent.

Xiaozeng upgraded us to a river view room for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😌 The room was spacious and the bed was so soft. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very nutritious. Manager Zeng Yuchen was incredibly thoughtful in her arrangements. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Saw this hotel while on a business trip with a friend and decided to give it a try – absolutely worth recommending! The room was clean and hygienic, and it was quiet at night, with good soundproofing. The best part was the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back again!

I chose this hotel for my business trip. Its downtown location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely keep choosing this place for future business trips – the value for money is just unbeatable! Highly recommended!

The room windows didn't have screens, and it was mosquito season during my stay. If I closed them, it was stuffy; if I opened them, mosquitoes would get in. None of the advertised special amenities were delivered either. They said snacks would be provided on the first day, but they weren't. I reminded them again on the second day, but by check-out, they still hadn't arrived, let alone the late-night supper. The room price wasn't cheap, and they even differentiated between rooms with and without breakfast. I can only say the front desk service was decent.

Great breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel sits next to a big park and quite a few restaurants which features very good local foods. Also good view over the Yangtze River. But the location is not very close to downtown. The night view is on the quiet side.

It has been a wonderful stay. For me, it was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Services are awesome and the special support by Mr. David is commendable. All the staff members are polite and helpful. Apart from the stay, David also helped me with providing valuable suggestions and support for the sightseeing activities in Chongqing.

Excellent in service, hotel is really clean. I booked 3 rooms and all as pictured. The city view is currently under construction, but the review rooms are just wonderful. You can see a park, old town and parts of the river. Special thanks to Ms 林林, and Mr 盘 who helped us book a car to the airport. The breakfast buffet girls was also very nice and helpful. Location is not close to the city, but a nice area. Also, the hotel is new!
