Located on Nanbin Road, the hotel boasts excellent facilities. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Yangtze River Cableway, and getting to attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong by taxi or light rail is super convenient. The design is very stylish and perfect for photos. The service is really nice, and Sugar (the staff member) was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

This hotel is located on Nanbin Road, making it very convenient to take a taxi or light rail to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and other attractions. The design is stylish and perfect for taking photos – super Instagrammable! The staff are warm and polite, and Anja and Nica were very helpful, answering all our questions. A fantastic stay!

The hotel's location is excellent; Xiahao Street, Longmenhao, and the cable car station are all within walking distance. It's also convenient to take a taxi to Laojun Mountain. The breakfast spread was very generous. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

The hotel is right next to a scenic area, and the subway station is very convenient. The environment and service are pretty good. However, I didn't get any sleep all night... it was too noisy, with people singing like they were in a karaoke bar even in the middle of the night.

This hotel has fantastic views, offering a great sight of the Qiansimen Bridge over the Yangtze River, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Xiahao Old Street. The staff provided excellent service; Ms. Sugar at the front desk was especially polite and enthusiastic.

Environment: The hotel is located on Nanbin Road, making it very convenient to watch the Saturday drone show. You can even catch a glimpse from the hotel lobby. The river view rooms offer an excellent, unobstructed view; you can see the bridge right from your bed. The hotel perfectly suits my preferences—it's not in the bustling city center but isn't remote either. It's not a super tall building, which creates a comfortable sense of scale and an expansive view. Highly recommend.

A fantastic French-style hotel located on Nanbin Road. It's just a 400-meter walk to the Yangtze River Cableway, and taking a taxi or monorail to Jiefangbei, Hongya Cave, and other scenic spots is incredibly convenient. The design is strong and perfect for photoshoots. The service is very nice; the staff are warm, polite, and always ready to help. Sugar (a staff member) answered all our questions, and the hotel even offers convenient luggage delivery service to the airport, North Station, and other locations. Highly recommended!

Pretty good. Nice views. It would be even better if the location were closer to the subway. Breakfast was good, and the staff's overall service level was excellent. The decor is modern and stylish. Overall, it's very good.

The hotel was great, actually far exceeding my expectations. Unlike those "designer guesthouses," the furnishings here are of high quality, tasteful, and have a premium feel. It's truly beyond a 4-star level, essentially reaching 5-star standards.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good There are rooms facing the river and rooms not facing the river. The rooms not facing the river can be a bit dark. The river view at this hotel is definitely worth staying for. It's very close to Xiahaoli and Nanshan. Walking along the riverbank, you can see the Raffles City night view.

Absolutely amazing! The river view, the design, the facilities – everything! Choosing this place on a non-holiday is such great value for money! Plus, there's a shopping area nearby, so it's super convenient whether you walk or take a taxi! Check-in is upstairs, and the ground floor is a simple welcoming area, which feels very secure!

This hotel is fantastic! The views are amazing, especially if you can get a room on the top floor. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, well-laid out, and the attention to detail is impressive. It offers great value for money and is very close to attractions like Hongyadong. Luggage delivery: When checking out in the morning, the front desk informed us they could transport our luggage to the airport for free, which was a huge plus! 🌟 The staff were all very polite and attractive – clearly, they're carefully selected.

1. If you have heart problems, sleep issues, high blood pressure/blood sugar/cholesterol, or poor cardiopulmonary function, do not choose this hotel. The river view rooms don't allow you to turn on the central AC, and while they look spacious, they are actually poorly ventilated and stuffy, leading to a feeling of oxygen deprivation. 2. Paying for a river view room here is pure suffering. The noise is unbearable. The floor-to-ceiling window seams don't block sound, so all night you hear deafening car and train noises, giving you the illusion of sleeping on a highway. It's truly awful. 3. The service is terrible. A friend felt unwell due to the stuffy room, and the staff simply told me the central AC wasn't on and then did nothing, only making excuses and shirking responsibility. 4. If you're not driving, it's best to ask locals near the subway station for directions to the hotel. Otherwise, the route given by navigation will make you question your life choices. The navigation tells you to climb up and down steep hills. In summary: The hotel's location is such that you can eat out and enjoy the beautiful river view there. An indoor river view room doesn't offer a better experience or view, dear. It's best to find a quiet, comfortable accommodation and then go out to enjoy the river view and walk around. When you're tired, return to your hotel to rest. All the photos were taken while walking outside; the views from the street and the riverbank are much better.

Restricted windows reduce ventilation. Currently, the outdoor temperature in Chongqing is around 15 degrees Celsius, so the air conditioning is in fresh air mode. Some guests may feel hot or cold due to their own constitution; the hotel provides fans or radiators. Regarding your concern about why the central air conditioning cannot be controlled individually, we have reviewed the phone recording. This is indeed as the front desk explained; the central air conditioning provides centralized heating and cooling. After receiving your feedback, the hotel immediately activated the central air conditioning cooling mode. 2. Noise issue: River-view rooms all have double-glazed soundproof windows. Closing the windows minimizes external interference. 3. Service response: We have reviewed the phone recording from that day. After you reported that the guest in your room had a heart condition, we immediately activated the air conditioning cooling mode and subsequently called your room twice to inquire about your well-being. We apologize for any shortcomings in our service. 4. Navigation Route: The 8D magical mountain city might be quite overwhelming for first-time visitors to Chongqing. Nanbin Road and Xiahao Lane are indeed very representative of the city's unique mountainous landscape, but perhaps that's part of its charm. We've noted your suggestion that "the outdoor river view is better," and we'll provide guests with a guide to the surrounding riverside walkways later. This trip, I was traveling with my elderly family members, and everyone at the hotel was incredibly polite. I was particularly impressed by the parking attendant on the first floor; his excellent service left a lasting impression on all of us! The hotel's decor is also very beautiful, and its location is superb, right on Nanbin Road by the Yangtze River. On Saturday night, we could even see the drone show from the side of our room! Both the night and day views were truly impressive! The hotel also offers a complimentary travel photography service (reservation required), which allowed my elders to capture some beautiful memories – a truly unforgettable experience! Breakfast was a buffet with live cooking stations (noodles made to order). Overall, it was good, though the speed of making noodles was a bit slow because only one person was managing both the noodle and griddle stations. This could definitely be improved, but everything else was excellent!!! If I return to Chongqing, I will definitely choose to stay at this lovely hotel again.

An excellent hotel. It's elegant and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also great, offering river views and a sight of Yuzhong District across the bank; the night view is particularly stunning. It's right next to Xiahao Street and Longmenhao, and very close to Bell Tower Plaza, making it convenient for sightseeing.
