Hotel di Churchill

The room was very clean. The breakfast had nice choices. The hotel lobby and outside and gym were all very clean. The check in was fast and all the employees we came in contact with were super.The pool was clean except they could take care of the towels. Big heep of dirty one and only one clean. Hope someone just didn't come to work that day. I would stay again in a heart beat.

I wish I could give zero stars as this is the worst dump of a motel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in my fair share of cheap motels while traveling but this is hands down the worst. The bottoms of my feet turned black from walking on the floor. Everything was filthy. The sheets were blood stained and full of cigarette burns. The AC didn't work and there were no screens in the window. No wifi. No breakfast or fridge though they advertised both. Meth heads in the parking lot feeding stray cats pizza at 2am. They have an hourly rate and someone next door to us was ”entertaining” guests by the hour. We couldn't leave as we got in late and nowhere else was available, nor was there anyone at the office to complain to once we checked in. When I complained to the site I used to book with them, the motel staff blatantly lied about offering us another room. The housekeeper swore at us and pushed her stolen Dollar General grocery cart full of supplies away still cursing at us and complaining about the owners. They had painted in a dingy light brown color then ”patched” bad spots with a darker brown so it looked like someone had smeared feces on every wall. See attached photos.. I'm not being dramatic or exaggerating when I say this place and it's money-grubbing, lying owners could get sucked into a black hole and the world would be better for it.

The room was very nice, very hot water which I love and it was clean. Sid, the person at the desk when we got here was very professional and kind. We were exhausted at this point and his speed of service and getting us into our room was wonderful. The ladies the next morning were as well. One thing I wish is that the room had a microwave, especially for extended stays. We started off with a day and ended up staying for three. I dont know if other rooms have them but I know ours did not. The only other thing is the people in the rooms around ours were very loud running in and out of their room, bangi g the doors, and playing loud music all at 1 in the morning. I dont know when they stopped as I eventually fell asleep out of that same exhaustion. Thank you so much Motel 6!

Friendly front desk staff at check in, very quick. Our room was two queens and looked recently renovated including fixtures, art, carpet, headboards and window and wall coverings. In room mini fridge, microwave, a small closet and three hanging wire storage baskets. Neutrogena grooming products provided. So many outlets for charging your phone/electronic devices, it was wonderful. There was a mini one cup coffee maker and a full length mirror. For seating, one upholstered wheeled chair and a big portable ottoman. The beds were very tall - I am 6' and it was okay for me but my short traveling companion had difficulty getting up on the bed. Super easy freeway access, some road noise because we were on the end of the hall but the hotel itself was very quiet. Everything was clean and the towels were very soft. Bed comfortable, lots of pillows. Pet friendly. I recommend this Hampton!

Very poorly maintained room. No hot water from sink, broken bathroom door knob, broken desk, filthy ac/heating unit. Smelled like smoke even though room was supposed to be non smoking. Glad only stayed 1 night while traveling. Modified breakfast was supposed to be offered due to covid but nothing to go or packaged was offered.

This was by far, the biggest room I have rented lately. And the nicest and cleanest place to stay. Thank you for the amazing service.

I was born and raised in the Warren/Niles area and had no idea this gem was here until I recently had to stay there after moving out of town. I am so proud that we have this beautiful hotel in my hometown! This is by far, the best hotel that I know of in the entire area. You know before you even walk in the doors and see the detail of the fountain out front that they have paid attention to the details here. The service was very professional and kind. The room was huge with a separate bedroom almost like an apartment. But what dropped my jaw was the garden and waterfall behind the hotel. We had breakfast outside and enjoyed listening to the flowing water and watching the kids delight in the fish feeding in the pond. You totally forget you are in the middle of a suburban midwestern town when you are sitting in this naturally beautiful oasis. And the jacuzzi was built with all windows and extends beyond the hotel walls so you can enjoy that beauty while relaxing in the warm waters. I was surprised to learn it's been here for many years but the management is maintaining the property in great shape. If you're traveling and even if you're local but want a special evening away from home, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Well done Holiday Inn!
