PPengguna TetamuWe were booked for 1 night at Ants Hotel as we were using the Roro Ferry to Langkawi the next morning. This hotel has so many 'don't haves and don't provide', its unbelievable. (1) No coffee and tea making facilities (2) TV had only 2 channels, TV1 and TV3. No news channels. (3) No shops nearby to buy drinks (4) Only rain shower provided (5) No windows in the very small and claustrophobic room We actually paid RM110+ for the rooms and there was a notice that the hotel was offering RM95 at the reception. And when we complained about the windowless rooms, we were told we would each have to pay another RM30 if we wanted rooms with window! A rip off place. When I requested for a kettle, I was given one. But when I requested for a mug or teaspoon to make a drink, I was told that only 2 small glasses are provided in the room. And that was all. There was a shower cap provided by the way, but it was hidden in the cupboard, not in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Seriously.

RRITILocation strategic. Betul2 tengah bandar kangar. Room ok clean and wide but a bit retro. My room are facing kangar town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to anywhere. free parking.

PPengguna TetamuHotel yg bagus. Tak terlalu jauh daripada tempat makan. Mmg nice view sbb berlatar belakang gunung. Sumpah cantik.nyaman. persekitaran hotel yg bersih. Friendly staff. 24hrs reception. Cuma kerusi area kolam ada yg rosak. Anyway mmg Recommend!

PPengguna TetamuThe check in process was super easy and quick and staff was friendly, they gave us a good recommendation on where to go for dinner. The room was pretty spacious and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay as we had the ferry to Langkawi the next morning. We only stayed for 1 night and arrived relatively late in the afternoon so didn't really explore much but it felt like the hotel was a bit in the middle of nowhere so location is not superb, especially if you're only staying to catch the ferry the next day. I'd recommend looking for something closer to the ferry terminal. There were also some families with kids staying at the hotel who were rather noisy late at night but nothing much the hotel can do about.

Walaupun lokasi utama betul-betul di seberang terminal feri sudah pasti menjadi kemuncak penginapan kami di hotel, perjalanan keluarga singkat kami (berempat) malangnya dicemari oleh beberapa masalah paip yang memberi kesan ketara kepada pengalaman kami.

PPhilip06The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

SSweet ChelseaThe Hotel is so nice especially the services. The receptionist suggest us the best place to visit and food to try. Besides that, the location of the hotel is strategic because it’s in the middle of the town. Nearby restaurants and there’s have mural behind the hotel to taking picture. Highly recommended!!!

is at an isolated area no restaurant in house or nearby, had to order grab food.
