Greeted by a really nice person (man) gave us a choice of seating and explained how to order. Ordering process was easy and girl was nice. Now the food and the table runners, um terrible. Just terrible. The wait stuff were asked twice for cutlery and when they finally brought it to the table it was basically dropped down and huffed as they walked off. Really confused by what just happened?? I feel like we did something wrong🤔 I ordered the pork belly salad. (Pic) and it was horrible. The meat completely inedible. The salad was plain with no dressing? My daughters ordered Mushroom burger and said it tasted like water and bread crumbs. My other daughter ordered nachos and bruschetta and both her and her boyfriend didn’t finish either. Both said horrible. Unfortunately we pay when we order so you can’t discuss your horrible meal and maybe offered a replacement or discount. all we could do was write a review and walk out. Literally started writing at the table and finished in the car on our way back to our hotel. Didn’t want to wait.

We arrived before reception closed (as advertised) but unfortunately had closed early due to Covid. Have the on-site manager a call who directed us to a key safe where we got our key and all of the information we need. Our room was modern, lovely, quiet and overlooked the lake. Was very relaxing watching the container ships in the distance out to sea & the stingrays, fish & swans that make the lake their home. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Signs were placed in 2nd bathroom and 2nd bedroom due to Covid. We didn’t need to use them. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the wifi to work, but this didn’t bother us. We were able to catch an Uber easily to/from Sunshine Coast stadium to watch the football (or an easy 45 min walk according to google). Sunshine Coast hospital was across the road. Cafes within walking distance, Shopping centre close by, as well as restaurants and eateries. Night quarter precinct next door to shopping centre, but we didn’t go. Short drive to the beach. Will stay here again if staying on the Sunshine Coast

Cosy and relaxing hotel just right in front of the lovely lake. Friendly staff whom made our stay a pleasant one. It was a leisure 10 mins walk to the nearby shopping mall with Coles supermarket etc. Love the breakfast spread, while enjoying the morning scenery 🌸🌸

Booked on last minute and couldnt be happier. Was a bit worried when i first arrived but as soon as i checked I knew i had made the right decision. Room was clean and pool was really nice to go in at end of a hot day. Would stay here again ...........

The hotel is located in the Sunshine Coast University Hospital Precinct. It is close to amenities such as Stockland Birtinya and only a few kms from Kawana Waters Shopping Centre. Flagship cafe 30 metres away opens for a nice morning coffee. Hayley at reception was very friendly and helpful on check-in and during our extended stay. We first had a studio room which was clean & tidy with a west facing balcony. There was no kitchen in the studio which didn’t bother us as we were aware of this. The only thing missing was a dustpan & brush, and a clothes airer rack would be great. We extended our stay and moved to a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony apartment overlooking the lake which came with a full kitchen. It also was very clean and tidy. Secure undercover car parking was assigned to both apartments. There is a free on-sight laundry should you need it. We found all staff very helpful. The area was very quiet during our week stay and we would happily stay here again.
