Lokasi yang hebat dan bilik yang luas dan bersih. Daftar masuk sangat pelik, dibuat untuk menunggu bilik selepas waktu check-in. Kami berada di tingkat dua yang tidak dapat anda akses dengan menaiki lif, anda sepatutnya menaiki satu tingkat kemudian berjalan menaiki tangga, ini sangat pelik, terutamanya dengan troli bagasi dan dua anak kecil dijangka menaiki tangga . Selepas penukaran, kami diizinkan menaiki lif yang lain dengan membawa barang tetapi terpaksa menaiki tangga lift setiap kali kami pergi atau kembali. Sudah empat bintang kecuali untuk ini.

This place is a great find , so clean , fun and quirky, helpful staff, chilled retro vibe loved it, right near the beach *****, loved the toasterface Cafe downstairs, booked it straight away for a few weeks time

What I loved: Excellent location and beautiful room. Coles is just across the road,& beach is right infront of the hotel! Pool area is just gorgeous ! Like at a villa! What I didn’t like: Not sure if it is design of the doors, but the heavy slamming of doors really bothered me throughout my 3nights. No room slippers or toothpaste in the room. Breakfast selection was disappointing.

Apartment layout was good and it was well appointed except for the lounge showing obvious wear and tear and needing reupholstering or replacing. Stains on lounge, sticky spills on both tables and top of dishwasher as well as some other minor cleaning issues were less than satisfactory. I did expect better for the price. Location is good.

Picked Ocean View for price & location. I had read reviews & a lot were accurate, Clean but maybe in need of a bit TLC here & there. Ocean View is a smallish family run Hotel very friendly both my wife & me enjoyed 16 nights here on a visit from the UK. we had room 20 which was on the 1st floor & only a flight of stairs to get to it no lifts, I am not the best with my old knees but it was not a problem for me. The rooms are cleaned every day & towells changed as you want them always good water pressure & warm when showered. We had a shower over bath & maybe the bath was a bit high for getting into for us older folk but managed .Lovely comfy bed, full size fridge toaster & kettle so not a lot of cooking facilities but cereal & toast in the morning did us & if you want a cooked breakfast lovely bakery with cafe not a hundred yards away & plenty of restaurents & bars near at hand. plenty wardrobe & cupboard space but wife complained could have done with a set of drawers being as we were there a while .We had a sea view balcony with a couple of chairs & table great for sitting having my cigar & watching the sun go down. All in we had a great stay in a good size clean room but in need of a little TLC on the outside of building. Parking sometimes a little tight but room on the front of Motel if it was busy. The location of the Motel is lovely near beach & on Westcoast drive amongst lots of lovely Millionaire Houses. Thanks to Vel & his Family for a good stay.

Had a 1 Bedroom Spa Apartment - Ocean view 3 night special. This is not a 5 star venue, but it's great value. The rooms are large, clean, the facilities good and with undercover parking. Everything was perfect in our apartment. The rooms are bigger than average and well fitted, down to wireless phone charger and USB by the bed. Bathroom with spa was huge and amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The sunset views from the balcony make it all worthwhile. The rooms are surprisingly quiet. I managed to leave an item behind in our room. Contacted reception later and the item posted to me the next day. This was a birthday weekend and we were supplied with a nice bottle of wine on arrival. Very happy with our stay and will be back.

After 4 nights here we extended our stay for a further 5 nights as we enjoyed it so much! The location was very convenient, Subiaco is three stops away from central Perth and on the same line for the airport. You can also get to Fremantle on the same line, in about 25 minutes. All the staff here are kind and polite, and the very comfortable beds are a big bonus. Thoughtful design touches like USB ports on both sides of the bed just make things very comfortable. What would’ve bumped it to a full five stars would be bathrobes in the closet and full daily cleaning (for environmental reasons they only make the bed and change the towels… I have long hair and shed a lot, so a vacuum would’ve been really nice especially for a long stay!)

Great location, car park available, well equipped serviced apartment, pleasant staff, excellent entertainment options on new TV, even though next to busy Thomas street still quiet inside apartment, short walk to free public transport via CAT busses as well as Kings park with magnificent views of the city

Hotel is at prime location and rooms are neat and buffet breakfast is also good
