Really happy with our 3 nights stay here. Thank you Daniel and his team for the warm welcome and service. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, our balcony is facing the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Serviced everyday and provided with all teas and coffees. Has full kitchen (microwave, oven n dish washing machine). Hotel has complimentary laundry facilities at level 2 (2 washing machines and 2 dryer).
Hotel location is good and accessible. Can take bus 990 directly to from Perth busport to hotel. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to beach, Coles supermarket and restaurants. There are a bakery shop and Domino pizza at the hotel building. Along the beach has a whale playground which is nice for the kids to play.
We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back again.

Would definitely stay here again. Super friendly service at reception. Clean rooms, basic but everything you need. Cool bar downstairs. It’s a short walk into town and the beach, perfect place to stay while in Scarbs. Yes it’s an old hotel but they have tried to capture the retro vibes ✌️

Centrally located and right by the main Scarborough beach. Nice sea and beach view. Breakfast buffet were well stocked. Car park fee was a bit high considering there are other options including free parking in the vicinity. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Second time staying here. Good, spacious and overall very clean. Balcony was very dirty, glass and furniture needs cleaning prior to each guest. Staff and friendly and I love how quiet and soundproofed the walls are.

The motel is close to the beach. The photos aren't really representative of the place now, as it is tired and rundown. The staff are all friendly. There are no photos showing the car park. Most of the lovely photos are from the 'ocean view' rooms and that is the minority. The rooms are clean and fairly well equipped with fridge, kettle etc. The problem is that the manager has installed super bright lights around the motel that shine into most of the rooms. He said it's for security, but any modern camera could detect movement in low light. I had to have the blinds fully drawn which didn't darken the room. I was in room 15 and it had a connecting door which let all the talking and noise from room 14 in. There is a set of steel stairs which are noisy when anyone with shoes and heels walks up or down. Really annoying when that is 5.30 am. For a standard room, room 17 is probably better as it faces a wall and doesn't have lights directly blasting into it.

Had a 1 Bedroom Spa Apartment - Ocean view 3 night special. This is not a 5 star venue, but it's great value. The rooms are large, clean, the facilities good and with undercover parking. Everything was perfect in our apartment. The rooms are bigger than average and well fitted, down to wireless phone charger and USB by the bed. Bathroom with spa was huge and amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The sunset views from the balcony make it all worthwhile. The rooms are surprisingly quiet. I managed to leave an item behind in our room. Contacted reception later and the item posted to me the next day. This was a birthday weekend and we were supplied with a nice bottle of wine on arrival. Very happy with our stay and will be back.

After 4 nights here we extended our stay for a further 5 nights as we enjoyed it so much! The location was very convenient, Subiaco is three stops away from central Perth and on the same line for the airport. You can also get to Fremantle on the same line, in about 25 minutes. All the staff here are kind and polite, and the very comfortable beds are a big bonus. Thoughtful design touches like USB ports on both sides of the bed just make things very comfortable. What would’ve bumped it to a full five stars would be bathrobes in the closet and full daily cleaning (for environmental reasons they only make the bed and change the towels… I have long hair and shed a lot, so a vacuum would’ve been really nice especially for a long stay!)

There are a lot of street parking available outside the hotel. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfortable as well. Clean and new. Will come back and stay again as the price is also reasonable.
