Hotel terbaik di Vermont South

Adakah apa yang saya harapkan daripada sebuah motel yang lebih lama, mungkin lebih bersih. Bilik yang saya terima agak ketinggalan zaman, sofa/katil sofa sangat tidak selesa untuk diduduki dan sangat memberi amaran. Tetapi Katil itu sendiri baik-baik saja. Terdapat beberapa pembungkus gula-gula getah dan barangan yang telah terlepas oleh pembersih di bawah sekitar kawasan sofa. Pintu belakang dan tingkap ke kawasan teres semuanya terkunci sepenuhnya dan tidak boleh dibuka serta bidai agak lembab dan sukar digunakan. Saya tidak pasti sama ada bilik mandi itu kotor atau ia hanya rupa jubin yang mungkin agak kedua-duanya. Berharap saya mengambil gambar kerana, melihat gambar dalam talian saya tidak dapat melihat gambar yang kelihatan seperti bilik yang saya dapat. beberapa foto kelihatan seperti beberapa bilik telah dikemas kini. Saya mendapat bilik yang paling murah walaupun. Jika ada perjanjian dan harga turun di bawah $90 untuk bilik single asas maka id mungkin akan kembali tetapi tanpa diskaun terdapat beberapa tempat yang lebih bagus di sekitar.

Came from our rural home to catch up with family. Have stayed at Quest quite a few times and always find the Staff courteous and helpful. The apartment is always clean and comfortable and the bed super comfy. Quest is our place of choice to stay when we come up to Glen Waverley.

Stayed here for a business trip. Has been a great place to stay, nice English/European traditional decor and furniture, very clean room near to everything. Room has all the amenities: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lots of towels, chairs, table, desk, arm chair, comfortable bedding and pillows, air conditioning, free wifi. Function rooms look great. Near shopping centres and restaurants

Awesome cleanliness, customer service and value for money! We really enjoyed our brier getaway here! The room was spotless! It’s an older property but has good fresh paint etc. everything we could need was in the room, plates, cups, microwave etc. the bed was super comfy, we all slept well. Parking is just outside you door too. Take an extra few steps past your car and you’re at the pool, which is also well maintained. Customer service was brilliant and nothing I could fault. Added bonus was Coles and a range of shops and food venues over the road. Would definitely go back! Thanks

This place is a pit,When we arrived they gave us the wrong room,so after sorting out that mistake my wife and i finally checked in,and when i walked through the door i said to my wife ”what the f@#k have we just walked in to ,the place was dirty and smelly had a very musty smell,the carpets were dirty,shower dirty,toilet was dirty the lounge had stains all over it,the coffee table had looked like it was picked up of the side of the road from a rubbish pile avoid at all cost its dirty the pictures don't match the property in saying this i will give credit where it's due it was a quiet location and convenient and the staff are good but thats it,it's ashame as this place has good business potentinal with some elbow grease,new carpets and fresh paint but obviously they dont care so better to avoid at all cost

Great hosts… very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is great! Modern, clean, location is perfect… nice building. I had a very nice stay and definitely recommend… 😄

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. You felt like you were family. The rooms were upstairs and quite secure, my only complaint is the stairs, of which there are a few, which meant carting luggage up and down the stairs. Probably not really suitable for older people,or,people with bad knees. The rooms were clean and modern , the freeway was 1 minute away and you couldn’t hear any noise. Buffet was yummy. Would definitely recommend for short term stays. Thanks guys enjoyed our time there.

First impressions not good , reception at reception was abrupt , unhelpful and unfriendly. The guy appeared bored and disinterested. On entering the unit we firstly noticed the apparent poor cleaning standards , as we looked closer it got worse , see photo. Ill only post one , as they say ” a picture tells ........” Then , we went out onto the balcony and received a severe fright as the floor tiles were loose and moving around due to poor building standards, didn't end there though, the electrical wiring of the apartment was an issue , the bathroom lights worked ok , but when someone was in the ensuite , those lights overrode the bathroom lights , so , Im in the bathroom , ensuite lights turned off , then darkness ! This is a safety issue . We reported this. On the second day , we noticed a foul odor , it was appalling , even on the 7th floor , we had to put a blanket under the door to try to stop the stench. Apparently the plumbing isn't real good either , the building shares a drain with thee crab restaurant next door , so apparently it was rancid crab juice , residents ( from the 13th floor ) said its happened before and the management hasn't done anything. The management didn't seem to care , and funnily enough , reception wasn't often manned after that. On the positive side , good location if you want to shop at the Glen , or eat in an Asian restaurant.

Exceptional service- friendly front desk , rooms prepared on time . Rooms clean . Excellent location - train station , choices of restaurants . Reception staff very accomodating to requests . Will definitely return .

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.
