Gostamos da localização, limpeza e de todo pessoal de apoio. Porém, achamos q deveriam investir mais no serviço. Havia somente um funcionário para atender ,ao msm tempo, o bar e o restaurante. Isso qdo não estava no horário de intervalo. O hóspede por muitas vezes não tinha como ser atendido, pois não havia alguém q o atendesse. A TV , sem canal a cabo ou acesso a apenas 2 canais. Ficamos num quarto de bom tamanho, sempre limpinho, mas sem lugar para pendurar e secar biquínis, sungas ou até msm ,toalhas. E por falar em toalhas, achamos q passou da hora de troca -las por novas. Sugiro tbm q abasteçam o frigobar dos quartos. Detalhes q parecem irrelevantes, mas q fazem toda a diferença para conforto do hóspede. Reforço a opinião sobre os funcionários: educados, simpáticos, prestativos, da recepção à cozinha, camareiras, jardineiros, etc. Nada a reclamar sobre. No mais, amamos Aracaju. Valeu a pena conhecermos.

A experiência foi muito boa, chegamos antes do horário do check in e o nosso quarto já estava disponível. Os funcionários são excelentes. A pousada tem uma ótima localização e de fácil acesso. O café da manhã tem boas opções, porém fiquei 3 dias hospedada e não tiveram muitas mudanças no café. O quarto é bem amplo e com vários lugares para guardar roupas e objetos pessoais.

Um hotel que aparenta decadência. As funcionárias da cozinha e limpeza são muito atenciosas, contudo os recepcionistas da portaria não são nada agradáveis, exceto o funcionário da noite que é muito atencioso, tenta resolver os problemas. Ficamos sem televisão e internet por 3 dias, sem que ninguém esclareceu o que estava ocorrendo e nem resolveu o problema. Os vidros dos apartamentos sujos. Não há apoio para idosos no box do banheiro. Portanto, não recomendo a estadia nesse hotel. Há vários hoteis na orla de Atalaia.

Atendimento da recepcionista Laysla incrível, muito simpática e prestativa. Fiquei em um quarto que o ar condicionado não estava gelando bem, o funcionário Arthur ( muito simpático e disposto a ajudar) tentou resolver o problema, como não conseguiu prontamente nos mudaram de quarto . O Sr Carlos ( também muito educado e prestativo) nos ajudou a fazer a troca e antes nos levou ao quarto para ver se ar nos satisfazia. Atendimento no geral excelente!!! Ótimas instalações, tudo muito limpo. Adorei!!!
